Sorry there was nobody earlier to answer you.
I moved your post to the thread for your problem.
Are you still having problems?
If so, please check that your browser and operation system are up to date.
After that, close everything and reset your router/modem for a minute.
Then restart your computer, load the game and check if you get the problem again.
If you still have the problem, then check if you have too many facilities on your farms.
You can do this by clicking in Show names in the grid and then click in Show Facility Info button at the botton of the window.
Every farm with facilities placed on it, will show a blue line, check that line is not fully completed. If it is, it means that facility capacity is 100% and you cant add more facilities to that farm.
You could move some facilities to farms with less capacity %
If nothing works for you, then please contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
