You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I double-checked everything again. Across all areas I am using 10% above market.
The other problem I am having is when I go into the Marketplace, avatars start buying before I actually send a sell offer, effectively draining my Super Facilities products. I lost a chance to sell through the menu offer to avatar this PM because the arbitrary buyers cleaned out all the products before the avatar to whom I sent the offer could respond. Where are the instructions on how to stop that from happening?
