My user number is 1100941668 and on the page when it is loaded has the number U75 but won't load over U55 and lists about 4 error in yellow and then one in a Warning. I even took my computer in to have it fixed thinking it was that, but it is working fine now. I need some help getting onto my game. Thank you so much for any help. Narda McNally

I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.
Are you using a saved bookmark to get into the game? Please don't as you will not get the updates that way. Please use the shortcut on your Facebook home page or the button at the top of the forums to get into the game.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Also you can try clearing your browser cache. When you do that the game will load slower the first time as it has to download all the graphics again. Instructions if you need them are in the following link:
