If you had a stone windmill before the last update a full farm of 1024 wheat would start 102 batches that would give you 510 bags of flour. Now a full farm of wheat will still only start 102 batches of flour in the stone windmill but you will now get 1530 bags of flour for the same 1020 fields of wheat. That should let you plant wheat less often and still have enough flour.
