I have searched everywhere in the Forum for the answers with no luck. It would be extremely helpful if the Devs could mention the proper Start All tool for each of the new facilities at the time they are released. Failing that, Chapter 21 should be updated as soon as possible after each New Release. Chapter 21 in the Game Guide has the "Updated" flag, but it hasn't been updated since May 12th, I believe.

I have all the Start All tools, so there is no way that I can query each facility in question. Many thanks for any light you can shed on this subject.

Hi, we have asked the developers for the information. If you have all the start all tools then all new facilities released will work with one of them.
