I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about loading problems. Please do not post problems in the Suggestion section as that is only for suggesting changes to the game. When you have a problem or question please post it in the Help & Support section.
Make sure your computer and browser are updated.
Also, please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

The only thing I can think of for that would be from your browser or your antivirus program. There should be a way to add exceptions to both for the same sites as the ones we have you do for pop ups and cookies.

I can log into wife's farm on same pc and loads fine.

Hi SPoiler,
I just loaded your farms without any problem. Your wife's account would have different settings in your browser. Try a different browser to log into yours and see if the same thing happens.

Hi there,

I can't load my farms. All I see is a grey screen. I tried loading on Firefox and Chrome and the same thing happens on both. Please help me??! It worked earlier today about 4 hours ago on Chrome and now, nothing. Thank you!
