I have NOT used neighbors to boost trains since 5AM Central Time US Yesterday Morning. It's been over 36 hours. I understood the list refreshes every 24 hours. I've not seen any neighbors on the "boost" list since YESTERDAY morning at 5AM. To me, this means there is a problem. I've cleared memcache, shut down FT, logged back in, TWICE, and nothing has changed. (There is an unavailable neighbor showing.)
