OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

All of a sudden my game won't load. It's stuck on "Take Umbrella Anyways". This just started happening. Right after I posted this, I went back to my home page and found this message: Loading user (retry 5) . . . and a warning message highlighted in yellow that in part says "WARNING: Ajax.Send_Ajax_Reques - got error: ConnectionError, Unknown Error, Code 6".

I moved your post to the thread about loading problems.
Please try clearing your memcache. The link is at the bttom of your farm page.
Also make sure your browser and computer are up to date. If you have to do any updates be sure to restart your computer.

I too am having issues with loading the game. I have not had any error messages, but it seems to hand on U-60. I have cleared my memcache with no change. My computer and browser are both up to date as well. A short while ago, I was trying to work as a superneighbor and it would take minutes to load a farm, if it would load at all.

Try the instructions given in the following link:

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.



I just loaded your farms with no problem.

Not sure how to find where you sent my post, but, wanted to say I tried loading the game, it's stuck on the black background with the white thingie. I tried loading on FireFox (I use Chrome for everything) and it won't load there either and both are up to date. I can't get past a white page on FireFox! I've cleared my memcache, updated, shut off and turned back on and still problems. I don't know what to do now. thank you for any help!!! I have loaded your farms and had no problem loading it.


Make sure your computer is up to date as well as your browsers. If you have any updates to do for it then make sure you restart your computer

Thank you Taz. It must be my internet as I've tried all three browsers - FireFox, Safari and Chrome and all of them have a problem loading. So frustrating!!! I updated my laptop and did everything you suggested. I hope this rectifies itself! Thank you!

Those kind of problems are usually noticed fairly quickly by the owners of the links and fixed. Just have to be a little patient.
