Just seems so much SLOWER now...aggravating if you have to go more than one or two away from where you were a mere second ago. I may not be hiring nor going to market as often...this is the sort of thing that makes me QUIT a game...such as the lag in Cafe World and Roller Coaster Kingdom...if it is more irritating than a help, I will quit the game. I understand you needed to make some sort of change...but...I would rather lose a few coins or EXP than have to play it this way.

its a game about climbing levels to buy things they offer. if you want to socialize with people all day long i suggest Yoville or even chat rooms...or hang out in the market all day. most people are here to play the game.

I think this is a great improvement on several levels. If it stops even 50% of losing XP this is the top improvement. Following right behind is the end to random harvesting and plowing, pushing in ahead of other workers and general bad manners. It takes about two or three rows of harvesting or plowing to get use to and then it's smooth sailing. You know who is working where and much of the pushing and jostling is avoided.

I agree with the person who wrote about how it is now impossible to chat with people while harvesting or plowing... which is the only thing that makes this game better than farmville... this game sucks without that!!! and I will, like many others, be gone VERY SOON if things don't go back to the way they were.

I am new (today) to this forum stuff... it takes a huge amount of HATE for something if I actually complain. And I am complaining... loudly. ugh!

If you are going to keep this, then you need to make each square worth 15 exp pts and make it so a person can level up after about 500 pts... because it will take the same amount of time to get to the next level as it did before today... now I am glad I didn't bust my tail to try to get to level 44 so I could buy a second farm... there is no point...

sad for farmtown users...

Not a smart idea people! I can't stand it and won't be playing on here as much now until this is fixed and we can plow and harvest fast. I don't have TIME to go this slow. Give people the option to choose if you want under preferences, but don't slow it down. yuck!
I won't do nearly as much harvesting or plowing for others now. What is the point of the game if we can't do that and interact and/or chat? If this is how this game is going to be.. i will be done with it and will check out other online games.

I am also not a person to play alot of online games. This is my only one.
So, I would appreciate it fixed. Go read the chat in the marketplace.. people are not happy at all.

I was beginning to think something was wrong with my browser.
I did like being able to do more than one square at a time.

Yah... and I am also not one to post on forums unless something needs attention - good or bad. You are getting a ton of negative feedback on this one. All the other changes to the game have been really good!
Please change it back to harvesting and plowing fast.

If you've never written millions of lines of code, and if you've never written web-based apps, and if you've never worked with javascript, and if you've never written interactive flash apps, then you haven't a clue what it takes to produce and maintain fun apps like Farm Town. I suggest that if you can't live with the status quo then you need to re-examine why you play. For those of you screaming "I quit", don't let the door hit you on the way out. More bandwidth for me.

To the developers - thanks for all you do. Been there. Done that.
