except that when your avatar keeps getting in the way, which is almost always... it makes it more accurate to say that it takes about 2-3 seconds per square... which is REALLY bad.

Default One Enormous Jump Backward!

Raul,

I understand and appreciate your motivation for the latest change, but from the hiree's point of view, what you have done is revert to the way harvesting/plowing was 6-12 months ago. There is now no queuing at all, and for the first time in many months I again have to contend with being kicked off a farm in the middle of a job. I have to keep clicking on "Save Pending Changes" or my coins and experience *DO NOT* keep up or get tallied at all, and I eventually get kicked off. So your motivation is *NOT* even being realized!

The holidays are a time for nostalgia, but not this kind, and not on Farm Town. You had things working fairly efficiently, and now it feels like the old clunky FT. With multiple farms, I just cannot afford the time and frustration this brings back to the game. Find another way!

I suggest that if you can't live with the status quo then you need to re-examine why you play. For those of you screaming "I quit", don't let the door hit you on the way out. More bandwidth for me.

To the developers - thanks for all you do. Been there. Done that.
So like i said earlier.. newbies. This one is on level 1 with 0 xp's. Go ahead have more bandwidth. Come join me at level 44 if you dare.. with the way it is now. Come on... Look at this person really! All whom are talking quitting are in the upper levels that actually playing the game. Thats there job to work and make us happy.

Okay, gave it one more shot and I'm done. Can't take the harvest speed and there were about 8 other harvesters with me. This is a sign of things to come. i use to like hiring 1 maybe 2 to harvest for me. More coins and XP for them. Now I'd have to harvest about 8 people myself if I don't want to wait forever so now I'm just going to sit the farm out for now and wait for the next change. Hope they do the right thing and fix this. Plan on checking back in a few days when the Pineapples are done.

Hello developers I am in agreement with the people who hate the changes at level 60+ and millions of dollars it has taken the challenge out of the game made it more for the younger or people who don’t like a challenge seems these changes are to keep people in their place instead of having fun as for myself I have never lost a dollar or an xp the game was a blast now it take forever to do a harvest or plow and everything is on top of everything to me this game is now a dud.. hard to see with the huge tools and words flying all over the avatar right on top of everything not to mention it feels like your under someone’s thumb not this girl I will be finding another game seems the game has had a lot of creativity taken out of it along with the challenge of it humm could be a meany phoo but why you all know why the changes. I know what your saying the changes are for but those of us who play the game hard know better. People make things up so it looks better well it looks worse and the play has gone out of it thanks for what was a grand game it really is to bad it was the best game out their till now…
Farm again not linked to me right and level is off wow didn't we have a grand update ...Whooo hooo...

This update has caused FAR more problems than it has fixed. It's annoying when you don't get all your coins when you harvest someone's fields but it's worse to spend so long harvesting I go insane. I can't hire people to plow on my farm anymore. From what I've heard I'll no longer be able to put my trees on top of my crops, which will mean ugly little squares around all my trees and flowers.
I've loved playing Farm Town but this is an update that I would leave the game over. It's just not fun anymore and I don't have the freedom to design my farm the way I want.

There is a new updated thread that says that they are going to revert back to old version. Please go support reverting back if you prefer that.

I think it will be good for the game as it will stop the spastic harvesting/plowing. It will also make harvesting/plowing more fair to those who like to hire more then one.
You know. I have to say something here. I've already posted, but here goes.

Stop assuming people who are unhappy are somehow GUILTY of some sin. That is NOT the case. Most of us have a nice clatch of neighbors who mostly trade and only go to the market for extra cash/coins.

If I get on a field with greedy grabbers, I just do what I can and wait until they are done because they ALWAYS leave lots of leftovers to pick up. Most are begging to plow before the harvest is even finished!

Stop blaming people who are unhappy with this. We are not guilty of all that we are being accused of.

Especially at least in my case, I would never use a BOT. Since it is against the rules, I assume there is some way to determine if they are being used. I'm not going to risk being banned by using one. What's the point? To have more points? Please.

If we want to get into the blame game, perhaps those who think this is faster were the slowest, pokiest farmer in Town? And now that everyone else is handicapped, you feel better? That's just sad.

Unhappy

Training wheels and Referees on the play ground are not needed. I experienced the same problems with XP and Coins, but instead of crying to the teacher, I changed browsers and the way I played, problem solved. Now I have to learn to play with these new controls? What ever happened to the best wins? Before there may have been jerks who cheated me, but now its the game controllers? Give me back the Jerks, at least with them I could fight back. Building a game for the "least common denominator" is only a deterrent to excellence. You may have reduced the problems of the "least", but have you calculated the reduction in "excellent". Let us start a Professional non-competitive T-ball league, we will make millions (sarcasm). Sorry for the sarcasm.
! ! ! Strive for adequate.! ! !
