First of all, I LOVE FarmTown, even with the glitches. It is WAY better than that OTHER popular game I won't mention. FarmTown gives me the opportunity to play with my sister and niece and meet some other very facinating people from around the world!!!!!

BUT... and here is a MAJOR BUT, I have been frustrated with several issues with my account and had to start a new FB account just to start a new FT account without the glitches. I have three major glitches on my account that they can't/won't fix. They claim it is with FB, but it is also with their game.

I have spent actual $$$ on this game for entertainment purposes, but part of the developer's job is to fix issues and not ignore them or 'pass the buck' to Facebook.

My latest issue is not being able to help out with my neighbors/friends facilities. Which I believe ties into having no 'friends' on my gifting page, which ties into having 7 neighbors I can't get rid of when they quit playing then disabled the app on Facebook and finally removed me as their FB friend.

This issue with the neighbors is a major one, widely exclaimed by many as their issue also. I have gone along with this issue for over ONE YEAR waiting for someone to fix the glitch, which the developers claimed to have fixed last year, but really didn't.

There are many many times within these forums that the moderators/administrators have advised people (who wanted to quit play and delete their account) to just block the app on Facebook. Needless to say, they all need to modify their advise to include the following **BE SURE TO NOTIFY ALL YOUR FACEBOOK FRIENDS THAT YOU ARE QUITTING / BLOCKING THE APPLICATION SO THEY CAN REMOVE YOU AS A NEIGHBOR BEFORE YOU QUIT PLAYING, OTHERWISE YOU WILL INADVERTENTLY CAUSE THEIR FARMTOWN ACCOUNT TO HAVE ISSUES WE CAN'T FIX**

So, yes, I started a new farm on another FB account just to enjoy the game again without the glitches. But I really wish/hope/pray they will take some time to fix this old issue that I really BELIEVE is creating many, many other issues with the game.

Or at least give people the option of deleting the game entirely and starting over with the same name and on the same Facebook account. I'm willing to do this just to get a glitch free game (at least for a while until there is a new glitch the developers can't/won't fix, but if I can delete the account and start over when it is as bad as it is now, then I may be willing to start over again, or quit playing if I'm not).

That being said, I know the developers work hard at their jobs, but their customer service skills need sharpened. Don't ignore the growing mob that will lose you more people. Don't give that other popular game the edge over you.

Hey, I love the changes and the new facilities. These are great additions, but I want to be able to purchase cocoa and olive tress from the store. I have paid farm town cash for the facilities and am at the mercy of my neighbors who don't read the gift requests carefully. Please if there are trees that are required for production, place them in the store.

Also, can you find some kind of production facility that makes use of the wool from the sheep and lamas? I want to use it and not just sell it.

Why not let use use the goose eggs for baking? An egg is an egg.

Last point for now, ofter the option of a white pizza make with olive oil, goat cheese and garlic. Tasty and a new challenge.

I love the new items, Raul and I know you must have some good ideas for new things for the future. I'd like to give you my wish list: Cucumber plants to make pickles in the food preserver, a coffee grinder, corn oil in the oil factory, pumpkin pie or muffins in the bakery and, of course, farm #4. I am seriously addicted to this game-------just love it!!!!! Need more land and more stuff!!!!! Now, back to farming. Thanks again!

I'm not sure why there are some complaining about a few dollars for certain items from the store. That is kind of what gaming is about. Most of the items on farm town are free so play all you want with those items. I chose to buy some of the factories just to enhance my game, but I wouldn't have to do that to have fun with it. I don't go to movies or concerts, so this is pretty cheap compared to those activities.

I also thought if my animals were not on the same farm as my facility I would lose product....not so - all animals on farm 1 and facilities on farm 2
