i know it is not well thought of but a lot of us do it ok..... does anyone know how the manure spreader works on layered farms???

this maybe a dumb ?? but if the fertilizer only lasts 3 days what about 4 day crops??

As long as it is planted within the three days it will also be fertilized. If you plant a 4 day crop on the third fertilized day..it will still be fertilized when you harvest!!

they are fertilized for 3 days and the 4 day they are no longer fertilized.

You will have to fertilize the farm for the 4 days crops on day 2, 3, or 4 before they are ready to harvest and still growing.

That is very poorly thought out. But i guess it doesn't matter much to me, I'm not rich and cannot afford that manure thing I need to do it. I'm upset that it costs so much farm cash for the manure spreader ON TOP of the cost for the pig sty. I'm also upset that there were only 15 levels added, as ONCE AGAIN, I'm maxed out. So, no new tools to play with, no new levels to attain...why bother playing? GEEZ, COME ON!!! At least give us the 6th farm maybe.....

Just because you did not get what you want does not mean that the game is unfair. To begin with you do not have to re-fertilize 4 day crops, if the are fertilized when planted they will be fertilized when harvested. Go back and read the release notes again. Farm cash can be gotten for free if you want to put in a little bit off time to get them. The pigsty cost coins so it is not that hard to get, again you might have to put in some extra work but really, they can't just give everything out for free. You want something to work towards, work towards making enough money to get the pigsty.

It seems that no matter what they give us...which is just about anything we ask for people are going to be upset because they can't have it all right now and exactly the way they want it. If it is such a problem STOP PLAYING! There are a million other games out there, go try your luck at those and see if you get anything close to what you want out of it.

I have a neighbor with almost 9 million experience points...... sure glad I don't hear her asking for 450 levels so she will have something to work for.

Actually, they do stay fertilized. You can plant a four day crop a hour before the fertilizer runs out and still get the double yield once you harvest it.

Sunny that thought did cross my own mind. As time has passed, I realised that all the crops will end up not in sync with the fertiliser running out from so much planting and harvesting that it really doesn't matter in the end with 3 or 4 days. I will still need to top up the fertilizer for new crops when needed.

So far SunnyD, it's working good. I had a layered farm. In fact you can visit it if you want. My farm 2. The layering was already done when the Manure Spreader came out and I went ahead and used it. Since then I've harvest twice on there, and each layer was Ferilized. I will have to redo for the last layer, because it's a 4 day crop.
