in the oil refinery the petrochemical barrell production is still the same
1 barrell every 6hrs???????????? the fuel can has trippled from 4 to 12 but the thing is fuel cans were not really a problem as they can be gotten as gifts it is petrochemical barrells that are a problem as so many other facilities use the items from the petrochemical items like ethanol plastic granuals etc and petrochemical barrells cannot be obtained anywhere. the one that is broken is still broken the one that wasnt has been fixed will this change?
