I have Standard Freight locomotive and I have the Textile and Spinning Mill on the current farm. The long sliding car is listed as just "Locked" if I go to another farm it tells me I need the Textile and Spinning Mill. I have refreshed the game, put the locomotive in storage and brought it back out. Do I need to do that to Spinning Mill too? Or what gives with the Locked?

I'm having the same problem as DocPerk now too
just moved the facilities needed for each car to the farm I want to set up my
train and now the cars are all appearing a locked - is this a temporary glitch?
