It may be that the sewing mill makes the ties in such a way that you do "knot" always have them to sell. I am 30 short myself and have 20 in stock. And keep in mind that any you are making at the moment do not count until they are either done by your friends (via your factory help posts) or by the passage of time and placed into your storage afterwards. If you use "non-ingredients for me" as your sales category when selling things in the market, you may want to double check to make sure you are not selling them their too!
