Same here. I just made a neighbor with no tools my Super Neighbor. She went to work, but couldn't use my tools. I edited it and unchecked the box and she still can't use them. I have been trying to help her level up, but without my tools, it take her forever to H&P. Hope this is just a temporary fluke because I like the idea, but not if they can't use my tools.
