Hi Starstruck,
You are not missing a shortcut as that is the spot for the gift box when they get that added.

Has anyone else experienced sluggish performance of the regular SMALLER tools like the 3x3s or 4x4s? I use those to plant and maintain my Quest farm which has NO layering at all. But the farm starts to lag and eventually will not drag so I can continue replanting wasted crops on my Quest farm. The tools often misfire and plant one plot instead of the nine. On the up side, the constant freezing of farms as one is working the EZ tools seems to be gone. Thank you!

If you are getting into to your farms then you do not need to do anything. That information is for the developers.

We can send & recieve gifts

But they're not registered anywhere in the game. Is that not working yet?

My shortcuts are there but they are greyed out so I can't use them. I am able to go to the store, and my storage. user ID 1702967255

I moved your post to the Migration thread.

I had a look at your data for the id you posted here and it shows you dont own the purple hand. It is not showing up as missing either.

Maybe you had it in other account? If so please provide the user id number for that account. Thanks
