I was able to reproduce the issue in part I think.

When you say that after moving an item it still is showing up, do you mean you have 2 items of the same kind in 2 different places? Which method were you using to move the item?

When I tried, the item I moved only shows up in the new place, and only its name is showing up in its previous place.

That way I was able to place a new item in that place as it is not occupied, it is only showing up the item name.

If you refresh the farm, all back to normal.
