Hi rhmedic,

Is this a newly added friend or one you have been friends with for a long time?

If it's a new friend Facebook can be slow to transfer that information to the game.

If it's not a new friend and you have been able to work their posts previously then it's probably a temporary issue getting the data from Facebook that they are your friend.

You can try running memcache and see if it helps, but if it doesn't it means you'll have to wait for it to correct which can take a few days or possibly more if it's a problem Facebook need to find and fix. To clear your FT memcache Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and see if it helped.

You have 2 superneighbors, s this happening when you irrigate for both of them?

Which mobile sprinkler were you using? Were you irrigating all farms or only some of them?

Default problems loading S/N's farms
This morning I am having difficulties loading my S/N's farms. I have to keep reloading FT to load the next farm.

Have you tried to load their farms with everything hidden in your preferences, the wrench ? Are you working farms full of water items?

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in another tab. Then reopen your farms and check it it helped with your supernieghbors farms.

If that doesnt help you, then please clear your browser cache. The first time you try to load the game after the clearing, it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Default Problem with the play
1573177303--my ID number

Today I am having issues with my play. Trying to work facilities--catches in a loop and does not proceed. Trying to work a farm as the super neighbor--can do three farms and then when going to the fourth farm, nothing comes up and am caught in another loop. Up to this time, I've had no problems, so am so sad.

Please take note of the amounts you have in your storage before you start fishing and harvesting.

When you are done, reload the game and check the stored amounts again.

recently while playing i keep running into missing crops/or trees on some farms..all harvesting etc is done at same time so there should be no wasted crops or missing/not ready yet crops/trees...this only happens on some farms and not others but is not necessarily the same farms every time..i go thru all of my farms every day to look after them so this should not be an issue

Hi lucy503

This means that when you check your farms later or the following day some crops on a farm were not harvested and they gone to waste? Same for trees, some were harvested but not all of them on the same farm?

Lets try something, if you are the one working your farms, saying this as you have a superneighbor, then do all jobs on all farms.
When you are done and before using the sprinkler, reload the game.

After reloading, click in Show names in the grid, and then in Show work infor button. Be sure no work is showing up as non done. For example, if you harvested, plowed and planted, non of the farms should show as green as that means crops were not harvested. If any of your farms looks that way, then visit it to see if there are crops to harvest.

After being sure all work was done, then you can use the sprinkler if you have planted.

Also, please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in another tab. Then reopen your farms.
