HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Hi I was playing the game for over two hours on Chrome and all of a sudden I received an embedded page at 1.slashkey.com says YOUR browser does not support WebGL. How can that be as I had no problem since this you started changing the game over until now

Sometimes this pops up because an error has occured that the game may not have a warning about. What were you doing before this message showed?
Try closing and reopening your browser and see if that clears it. If it doesn't try restarting your computer. Again if that doesn't clear it, try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, then reopen your farms. It will be slow loading the first time after clearing the cache as all the graphics have to be downloaded again.

Hi, I'm having problem to get into the game. It doesn't load. it stops at the black screen and stays there forever...

everytime I reload my screen says site not supported by WebGL. What does that mean? I used Chrome and stopped for awhile and went to Safari (not my choice but by necessity to get on to farmtown) and am back on Chrome 3 days now and each time it says site not supported by WebGL. tried going to the "WebGL" site but it is closed. what is WebGL? how do I fix something if I have no idea what the problem is? Thanks for any assistance!

If you are not able to load the game please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac if you use one, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Also if you go to the first post, first page of this thread, there are steps to let you check your computer.

Please check if your browser is updated and also if you have any update for Windows.

Also go to the first post, first page of this thread to check all requirements for your computer, please follow the steps given in order and see if they help you.

I am now having trouble with MY Requests. I can accept the gifts from friends, send them a return gift, then go back to get more request, but the same ones are still there. I can not get past the first group of gifts. ID:1261092037
