I am having the same issue your are. I can't post on the request wall. I have to reload my computer because it freezes when I try to send the post. I have tried all browers and my computer never freezes. I also am not showing other people posting any work on my end either. The last two were 14 hours ago so it isn't just me. I usually have mine filled with work posts.
