All browsers I try (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) are crashing on load of FT. I have cleared browser cache and it does not fix the problem. Is there another issue I am not aware of. I could not find where to post this. Many things elude me because I have problems seeing through everything, so please forgive me or posting out of place.

I moved your post to the thread about loading problems.


Please make sure all your browsers and computer system are updated. Those can cause loading issues if they are not up to date.


There isn't a problem with the servers that we know of.

Also try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Please help. Edge has been reinstalled, cleared and it shows up as enabled. I know my farms are busy and big but I keep everything down except crops, trees, flowers and ponds when I'm working. I have a Predator computer maxed out and it still throws me out. Thanks for making things better for your players. Sorry if this is in the wrong post but I've tried everything to fix it.

Please try all the suggestions in the first post of this thread including the ones in the link there.


How much memory does your computer have?

Are you getting to do any work before it throws you out?
Is your computer trying to drop from Web/GL 2.0 to Web/GL 1.0? If so Edge may have changed to not allow the 1.0 version. We do know Chrome has done that?
