I cannot send gifts. When I try, I get "10155633048350392 does not resolve to a valid user id. I cleared my memecache, but it still doesn't work. It was fine for the first 50 or so gifts.

Hi Frostbiteagain,
We have sent this off to the developers to check. It may be something Facebook has done since this just happened.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

See if that will clear the invalid user id.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about gifts as this has nothing to do with the current release. Please if you have a problem and it is not about anything in the current release post it in the appropriate Help & Support thread.

Gift Sending/Returning Problems

The developers have been made aware of the gift sending/returning problems. Please be patient while they check on this.


In addition it appears the same pop up for returning gifts is used for requesting a neighbor in the My Neighbors tab so this is affected as well.

do you know what the limit is?

even with the latest deactivation, I have removed a lot of friends, I am now less than 500 friends on my FB but still am not able to send out train boosts or gifts from my gift page

I pay (web site name removed), since all the changes, I never receive the free fuel
