I moved your post to the thread about gifts. You are going to have to explain what you mean by this. You are not receiving gifts, not able to send gifts, or what?

i have a farmpass quest to get 16 pigs as gifts from my neighbors..i have gotte 6 but only got credit for 2..i can not longer request people to send me the pig as the feature that used to be there is gone..i used to be able to click on the animal and ask it as a gift..i haven't been able to do that now with any animal..last time it was a black cat..i never did get it so lost the points..i don't do the free gift sites as i consider that cheating; so tell me how to ask for them..thanks...

Hi Barbara,
You can not click on the animal on the farm and request them. You can however if you have one in your gift box or in your storage click on "More" under the animal and request more gifts of them. For the farm pass goals they do have to be original gifts. You can not exchange gifts for them.

I completed a season goal, which boosted my points so I had several rewards to claim. One of them was coins. I noted my total before spinning - 23,390,000,000 or so. I spun the wheel, and it came to rest on 600,000+ coins. My coin total did not change.

This was in the game on Facebook - I usually start there, in order to send and receive gifts, then for the rest of the day use the new site unless I need to buy FarmCash for something.

I am sorry, but we have no way to check this as we do not get data for the farm pass rewards except for the farm cash ones. As you did not know the exact amount of coins you had and have done other things since then there is no way for us to see that you did or didn't get the 600,000 coins. You may have just missed that you got the coins as it is working correctly when we try.
If you wish you may contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

We dont have an answer for you, I can only tell you that developers are working on that and they will let all know when something new is added to the website.
