You need to explain this a little more.

Where are the gifts disappearing from?

Is this happening for a specific gift?

Are they sent from your farmers friends or you are getting them from a gift site?

They are disappearing from my gift box.
They are sent by neighbors and buddies.
No, it was fuel, water, etc.
No, they're not from a gift site.

Hi VondaK,
This is an intermiutent problem that we and the developers have not been able to duplicate or find the cause. Try accepting 1 single gift of something you don't need like a tree or flower or animal. Seasonal gift would be best but we do not have any right now and won't until October. Then make sure you don't store that single gift. Several who have had this problem have done this and it does seem to work. When you get that in your gift box then you should be able to accept and store and store the rest of those you accept.
