OFFICIAL Receiving-sending-exchanging Gifts

I send out gifts several times a day to about 350 neighbors/buddies. Usually about half of them return gifts. But lately, for several days, I'm not getting any new gifts. The Pending Gifts amount stays the same. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Ellsinore

You are not saying which amount of gifts is showing up in Pending.

If you are near to 5000 gifts pending, then please try to accept them and see if new gifts go through.

Finally (!!!) thought to Clear Memcache this morning and it looks like I'm receiving gifts again. :-)

Edited: Well, it worked and then it didn't. Stuck at 4490 now.

Help, please. Not able to send gifts. Keep getting an error message. Click to reconnect. Nothing happens except I still can't send gifts.

Hi VondaK

According to the message you are getting a connection error.

Please close your farms and everything in your computer and then restart your computer. See if that helps you.

If not, then reset your router/modem for a minute and then reconnect.

Let us know how it goes.

EDITED TO ADD: I just tried to send gifts and got the same problem.

Im contacting the developers to let them know.

Received the below error. Could only get out of it by clicking the red X.
That reloaded the game and it worked the next time. I was attemption to exchange gifts

We are still getting the same problem in all areas involving sending gifts.
