I am not imagining it. It happened in both my farms. Came up as a now available decoration.

They are rewards in the farm Pass 1 at the level of 475 and 500, called airplane taking off.

ETA 2: I believe the "footprint" for the stables is too wide for this to work so I'm done for the night.

Fixed the privacy thing and I still can't get the fence where I want it.
IF you still want to try it, it's the fence between the stables and the chicken coop that won't shift to the right w/o telling me it "can't"

Yes that is the problem. You are trying to get it too close to the shed.

If you are going to do that I would shift the pigsty over slightly to the left.

Are you using the yellow freestyle hand? If not try that for moving the fences.

The game seems to think there's something between the pigsty and fence (the one between the pigsty and chicken coop). The way they're sitting now is the ONLY way I could get it to work and I'm sattisfied

. It's still not exactly where I wanted that fence but I'm through fighting with it. Thx.

ETA: Now the fences between the chicken coop and dairy shed are doing it. Gotta be something with gridlines maybe? I'm over it...
