Need Help please! I bought a new gifting tool and I put it on my Farm 3 and it not there I clicked on show tools but no sign of it, I even checked my storage and its not there either yet the farm cash was deducted any suggestion would be welcome.

I just bought the smallest of the combine harvest-plow-plant to try out. I added it to storage and it is there but doesn't appear anywhere that I can see in the "toolbox." Where do I find it in the toolbox please??? I now have it out on Farm 5 but will be adding it back to storage. Thank you. I just found where it is supposed to be but it is blanked out. Message says I need to have it on farm or in storage. It is in storage. I will clear memcache and hope that works.

Hi Lynnetimpeiro,
Unless you are on that farm it will not show in the toolbox. Put it in your storage and it will show at the bottom of the 4th column from the right just above the combine harvest plow 5x5.

I am on my farm 10; the Combine Harvest-Plant (5x5) is in storage; but is blank on the toolbox. The last one showing up is the combine Harvest-Plow Ex (5x5). Next one up should be the Harvest-Plant but it is grayed out and I get the message to go buy it. I think I see the problem. It is showing up as Harvest-Plow EX 5x5 ---- the one below is purple Harvest-Plow 22x22. I know I bought the Harvest-Plant because that shows in the storage. Ugh. Something is wrong because I can't access it unless I go into storage, find it, put it on farm . . . FOUND IT!! Sorry. They put it at the bottom by the original harvest-plow 5x5. geeesh. Sorry about that. I truly thought they'd put it up at the top where it's grayed out.

Hi Lynnetimpeiro,
It is at the bottom of that column. You will have to click the arrows to go down to the bottom of that column.
It is at the bottom because it is not an EX tool. To buy the Combine harvest plant EX 5x5 you would need to have all the regular combines of that type up to the 16x16.

I bought a Gifting machine for farm cash I sent this morning at 8am to friends then at 12 noon I tried to sent more gifts but I could not I sent gifts this evening at 6pm and I tried to send gifts again at 10pm and no work the gifting tool is in my storage what am I doing wrong and what should I b doing.

Hi Iceberg,
The only thing I can think of is you may be trying to send just a little early. You do have to wait the full 4 hours before you can send again. You can check your Times clock tool in your tool box to see exactly how long you have to wait after sending the last gift. There is an entry there for Resend Gifts.
