If you accidently accept two or more items in the farm pass dialog the first reward (the center thing that pops up and shows your reward that stays up for awhile and says "click to continue") gets stuck and you can never get rid of it until you exit and re-enter the game. I've been able to get a farm pass reward to stick on screen doing other stuff, but accepting two items quickly in a row seems to be the most consistent way to get the farm pass reward to get stuck.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the farm pass. You do have to wait for the first reward to disappear before clicking to accept another one. That has always been the case.

Hello!
I have an issue with the yellow farm pass. I have a seasonal quest to harvest 236 white carnations. I harvested 81 a few days ago and harvest 320 today. The window still shows I harvested 81. I reloaded my farm and harvested animals for a daily quest. The animals showed that I completed it, but the flowers still hasn't completed.

Did you harvested 320 white carnation yourself?

Was it in your own farms or other farmer's farm?

Also, are you sure you harvested white carnations and not carnations?

Your farm 3 has some ready, try to harvest 1 or 2 and see if they count for your goal.

Yes, I harvested the white carnations on my farm 15, but they never counted toward my count. I just got online to check. I still had 81.

So, I harvested more from my farms 19, 4 and 9 and I reached the goal amount.

Not sure why the ones from farm 15 never registered. I have over 300 there and they still show that they were harvested. I didn't havest any other flowers on farm 15. I used the item finder to find the white carnations.

You are welcome

In case you get another goal for specific trees or flowers, then try to check if they are registered after working on a few of them.

You can also try to clear your memcache before starting on that kind of goals just in case you get a problem. You have the link below the game screen where it says Clear Memcache in blue.
Click in the link, a page with unsettings will show up so close it and then reload the game.

With both the farm passes I have a goal of helping neighbours with co-op quests. It seems that when I am helping i.e. selling them things they need as requested, that help is not registering with the Quest. I have done at least 5 or 6 which have not registered. One quest is sowing 1 done and the other is showing 2 done. Is there a known issue with these please?

Please be sure that when you click in the step with the yellow Help note, you then see that xxx coins were deducted, for example: -1000 coins, or if you see product not longer needed which means that other farmer has just sold that product to the user.

Also, clear your memcache. You find the link below your game screen where it says Clear Memcache in blue.
You will see a page with unsettings, close that page and then reload your game.
Then see if any Help note you do is registered for your goals.

If not, then please let us know if you are helping in coop quests by checking your neighbors through the neighbor's bar or if you are trying to help them while you work their facilities.

Thank you for your response. I cleared my memcache. Watched that I got paid for selling them the item, which I did and now they seem to be registering. I help when working facilities mostly. I have the same goal in both farm passes and it seems when I help it does register with both Thanks for your help
