Please when you ask for help do not post your email address as this is an open forum and everybody can see it.
Instead post your user id number which is placed below your game screen where it says Your User Id Number is: xxxxxxxx

About your problem, you didn't purchase the Harvest/Plow Ex 11 x 11 you purchased the Harvester EX 11 x 11 which you need to then be able to purchase the Combine Harvest/Plow EX 11 x 11

You can see this yourself by clicking in Account tab above the game screen and then clicking in Farm Cash Activity Log button.

Hi why isn't the largest tool not showing up when working, I have to keep going into the tools box.

Are you working your own farms or working as Superneighbor or hired?

If it happens while working your own farms, then you have to select the tools.
If you have Autoselect tools checked in your preferences, you still need to select the first tool.

If you are hired or working as superneighbor then you should receive the highest tool you or the farmer who hired you own.

Also remember that all tools have to be placed in storage.

Hi, I have a super neighbour who has the big tools for 6 hours.
I asked if she could re-arrange dogwood trees on 1 farm of mine.
She did. She moved a lot of dogwood trees to another spot on the same farm.
After the work was done we both reloaded that farm and poof all the dogwood trees were again at their old place. The super neighbour has all the rights on that particular farm. She restarted the move and after loading the farm again the trees were again at their old place.
What have we done wrong? Or what should be done to move the trees and keep them on their new spot?

I moved your post to the thread about Tools.

No, you have to place your tools in storage, so you can use them from your tool box in all farms.

Also, when they are in your storage and you want a bigger one, then the game looks into your storage to see if you have all the previous tools.

Farm cash tools dont take space from your Item storage so the best thing you can do is to place all your tools there.

I noticed you are moving posts about tools, but this one says tools and fuel and I can't find another.

My orange hand no longer allows me to layer ponds, either on my own or others farms.

Also I had to unlink my account because of password issues, now i can't relink it
