Hi Lisa,
As you are showing it did go through and you got your farm cash. It can't be a Slashkey error because once you select the amount you want and go to the next screen it is not Slashkey that you are dealing with. It is Paypal.
However, that said if you do have a problem again and it not go through, but you get charged by Paypal then contact Support about it as we can not do anything about it through the forums.

ETA is this not a Slashkey popup?? Also, I'm NEVER charged for it when it does this. Otherwise I'd be mentioning it a long time before now. This happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I initiate a Farm Cash purchase.



It's a slashkey POPUP that I have to X out of to reinitiate the transaction.
I'll make sure I get a screenshot next time.

Hi Lisa,
It is a Slashkey pop up but it is only triggered if something is wrong with the transaction which is done by Paypal or Stripe depending on which one you choose.

Then why don't I see an error on Paypal? Whatever works. Don't be surprised if I end up deleting the game this week. I've had it.

Hi Lisa,
You didn't see an error on Paypal because it actually went through as you showed in your first post about this. For Paypal it will either complete or you don't see it on their site. I have never seen any error messages on Paypal and I do a lot through them. Slashkey does not handle the transaction. You do it directly with Paypal and then they inform Slashkey of the sale so they can add the farm cash to your account. Before we left Facebook all of the transactions were handled through Facebook.

ETA: Ha! I KNEW IT. I made another purchase (BRAND NEW TRANSACTION) for a lesser amount of Farm Cash and it "worked". It also cleared out the incomplete purchase popup. Why am I not surprised.

And, yes the Devs have a support ticket.


So now since I "cancelled" the popup after I took the screenshot I'm continually getting this error when I log into the game. HOW. DO. I. STOP. IT? Game says no purchases can be restored. I ran memcache. MULTIPLE times. Also, closed out of Farm Town and Chrome.

I don't know if this is where this should go but I need help getting in touch with support. I wrote them 24 hours ago and have not heard anything back. I sent a neighbor two 250.00 FT cash gift cards yesterday. It shows in my account thread it was taken out. It shows in her account she got it but it's not showing up that the FT cash was credited to her account. Can someone tell me how to get in touch with support where they will answer me back? I sent my message to support@slashkey.com and my farm ID number.

Hi Kathyyclark,
I moved your post to the thread about Farm Cash. Support will contact you by email to the email address you sent the email from to them. It may take them a few days to get to your ticket as there are some problems with the support program, so they are behind in processing the emails. That email address for support is the only way to get in touch with them.
Please be patient until they have a chance to look into this.

Hi I bought a Turbo Bakery on May 24th 2005 and this morning May 31st 2005 I purchased another Turbo Bakery. I put it on my farm, filled it and reloaded the game and it isn't there or showing up in my facility manger as being there on the farm I placed it on. It shows in my account as the money was taken from me. Can you please help me with this problem? Thank you.
