Hi Alma,
I moved your post to the thread about quests. You collected for quests at 12:47 Am eastern time last night. You collected the coins for 3 quests a few minutes ago, but not all of them were completed today. Only 1 was completed today after the time you collected the FC. The Make Murano Cherries and Make White Pizza were completed around 11:00 PM last night on April 30th. Since those quests were completed before you collected your FC ealry this morning then they can not count for this weeks quests.
A quest is completed when the last step completes, not when you collect the coins. So waiting to collect the coins does not work to hold a quest over for the next week.

I untick products being produced so that they are not counted in the weeks mission and will go in the next but they start up anyway. This week it was Seaquarium. I double checked and it was definitely unticked ("unchecked" in America ) but it has started anyway what am I doing wrong please...this has happened many times

Hi Rodkay,
I am not sure what is happening with your quest step starting if it is unticked. I checked your data and the Algae Cleaner shows 9 of 10 steps completed. Maybe you loaded your facilities before unticking it. There is no way for us to tell.
There is a limit on how many products you can have unticked, so if you have a lot that you have unticked that can cause the later ones you do that for to not work and will produce them anyway.

Thank you. I am very cautious about starting facilities before checking quests but I did not know there was a limit to how many products were unticked. I have a lot as I have a lot of stock...I think that may be the cause...Thank you. Could you let me know the limit please of products that can be unticked before it affected further unticking...thank you

Hi Rodkay,
We do not have a specific number of products that can be unticked. It depends on too many factors to be able to give a specific number of how many.

Will shutting down all second facilities help or just selling them or even putting them in storage? With the ticks not having affect after a certain amount then quests cannot be organised and keeping stock out of the red is frustrating as you try to work reg facilities to get ahead but unticking service products doesn't work. Hopefully a simple solution like the top sentence can lead me in the right direction Thank you. P.S. Does limit of unticked products apply to reg and service facilities separately or overall? I have never started some facilities ever because they make stock that is not needed eg Beach Bar, British Pie shop, Fish Cannery to name a few and other facilities that only have one or two products that can be put in a service facility and the rest are not worth producing. Hope you can understand above as sometimes I word things strangely LOL

Hi rodkay

The limit is for all type of facilities.

Take in mind that when you uncheck a facility or a service facility, then you are unchecking all items for it.

One thing you can try if you wish is to put a tick for unchecked facilities and products and see if you can then uncheck an item in quests and see if it stays unchecked.

Or you can put some facilities in storage, reload the game and see if unchecked item for a quest stays.

If you have facilities you do not use and you want to sell them, please be sure they are not farm cash facilities. If you sell them then you will only receive coins.
