We are not sure why some farmers are affected with this problem.

Please be sure that your browser and your computer system are up to date.
After any update it is better to restart the computer.

Also, you can try to reset your router/modem for a minute and see if that helps you.

Please, before trying those suggestions and if you are able to load your farms, then uncheck all Show.... options in your preferences, the wrench.
Asking this as if you clear your browser cache and then you try to load the game with everything showing up in your preferences, then it will take more time to load as all graphics need to be loaded again.

any idea what FT want to now load Flash again?

this error keeps coming up and the game does not load

i have deleted history and browsing data as well as memcache

Hi Demetri,
It is not loading Flash. It is only loading data from a file that was also used when we were using Flash. The data file is still used in the current version of the game. It just happens to still be in a folder they used when the game was written in Flash.


If it is failing to down load then you are not getting all of the data for your farms. Please be sure that your browser and your computer system are up to date.
After any update it is better to restart the computer.

Also, you can try to reset your router/modem for a minute and see if that helps you.

I know that not everyone is having loading issues, but have the developers been informed that there are a lot of us having issues? It is frustrating when it takes me over 6 hours to work as a SN when it should take less than an hour.

Hi Penguin,
If it was a problem with a server then all on that server would be affected and that is not the case. Even all who have reported here are not on the same server. The developers have been informed of the problems you are all having, but there is nothing they can do for this.
If you are Sn for someone with heavily layered farms the only thing I can suggest is to uncheck everything you don't need for the work on their farms to make things go faster for you.

what is going on with this game t has been dreadful not just me but lots of us loading issues doing facilities with no products ad saying already done when haven't, and planting crops it doesn't always plant properly

I moved your post to the thread about Loading issues.

If your game is loading slowly or you have problems loading it, then you will probable have issues with planting, working facilities etc as data cant be saved.

Please be sure that your browser and your computer system are up to date.
After any update it is better to restart the computer.

Since last night, when I go into Farmtown, it freezes! No clue what happened. I did memcache and got rid of temp files and stuff. Others are saying they are having issues also. But some members it's not affecting them at all. What do I do? Can I reload Farmtown, like delete the program and reinstall it?

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
We do not have any way to check, monitor or control all of those links. As this appears to be an internet problem somewhere between your service provider and the servers there is nothing we can do to help. The only thing you can do is be patient and hope the problem is solved soon.
