I got enough points on Farm Town Pass to qualify for the crop restorer. So far I have gotten to use it exactly once, and I have had several farms where the crops have gone to waste but when I go to the farm expecting to be able to use the crop restorer, it doesn't show up. I don't understand why it's happening.

Hi Wvmilkman,
I moved your post to the thread about the farm pass as this is a reward/privelege of that function and has nothing to do with loading the game.
What crops are you trying to restore? How are you trying to do this?
It should show as soon as you go to the farm where the crops are wasted as a pop up unless you have turned if off for the current session by checking the box in the pop up.

just and FYI, that the seasonal goals did not auto show up, had to hit play to get them on multiple of my accounts

pleeeeeeease fix the sort by stored amt it almost always alpahabetical or it just mixed up ... been a problem since day one of pass one

No, I haven't turned it off as far as I know. I have reloaded FT many times (should I log out?), hoping that it would work. I wouldn't even know how to turn it off. What's happened is that there are multiple times when I have gone to farms where the crops have gone to waste and the crop restorer simply doesn't pop up. When I bought Farm Pass 2 this time, the crop restorer tool has only popped up one time and asked if I wanted to use it and said 0/10 uses (or words to that effect). But it has only let me use it once.

It actually did pop up again about 15 minutes ago, but it's the first time it's happened in over a week. It's been very frustrating because I would see that I had a farm with wasted crops, and when I went there expecting the crop restorer tool to pop up, it hasn't shown up.

Hi JNelson

I just tried my rewards for products, trees, fish, flowers and they are set to Stored amount.

When you say you see them listed as Alphabetically, do you click in the A/Z icon and make sure it says Stored amount?

You can run your memcache, link is below your game screen where it says Clear Memcache in blue.
Close the window with unsettings and then restart your farms.

It it does show up by just clicking play try logging out and back in and then go to that farm again.

yes always set to stored amoutn, cleared memche multiple times,, this is happing on numerous accouts and has been since the first day of pass one release,, have reported it before, can provide numerous photo if you like,, nothing ever been done to fix.....

this is NOT storage,, this si when u go to collect your reward in the farm pass , the sort by stored amt is never correct .... if you want i can provide numerous photos from numerous accouts showing this ....
