I have found that even though it doesn't pop up immediately on the second farm it will show after a short time which may be due to how much has to be loaded on the farm.

I have tried for 2 days to get the Orange Farm Pass and it says this:

Please wait 10 minutes, then reload your game and try again to avoid a double charge.

And I have tried for 2 days, every couple hours I try again. How do I get the Farm Pass 2

Hi Darlindebe

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.

Please be sure that your date (day, month, year) and time (AM/PM) are correct in your computer.

Also, run memcache, you find the link below the game screen where it says, Clear Memcache.
You will see a list of unsettings. Close those and restart your farms.
Then check if you can buy the orange Farm Pass.

If nothing works, then please contact Support team and ask them to check on your problem. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I have not received my rewards twice this week in Farm pass. Today I earned the animal products reward and it did not give me the screen where it spins and provides the reward, so I did not get my reward.

Hi TracieCooper,
I could not duplicate this. Your farm pass rewards does not show that it has been claimed yet, so you can still get it. I do suggest that since it didn't work for you the first time, to run the memcache first before you try again to get it.

Which specific gifts have you required?

Are they for Farm Pass (yellow ticket) or Farm Pass 2 (orange ticket).

Hi Cassandra

To receive ingredient packs you need to request it.

You can open one of your regular products, let say the Bakery and then click in the + icon for Bread.

Your requests will be posted in your friends Other Wall requests and when they click in the link, the ingredients will be sent to your gift box.

When you recieve 3 then the goal will be completed.
