OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

OFF LINE ISSUE!!

We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms.
Also, there are errors in the console.

We still are able to work our farms or our Super Neighbors farms off line.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.

I am having the same issue.

Do you know when this issue will be fixed and how long will the game be down.? I really hope this is just temporary. Please get this fixed sooner the better what an inconvenience. So frustrating. I only got one job so far before the game went down so I am not sure what else to do until then. Why did the game have to go down now when I am trying to get more jobs and work on the Farm Pass before time runs out and a new farm pass starts. SO FRUSTRATING!!

Thank you. I understand that we cannot hire anyone, but what happens to the super facility items that we cannot sell in the market

Hi Honeyg,
They stay where they are until either the server is back up or the time for those (midnight eastern time) expire. Any interaction between players can't take place when the chat server is down. There is nothing we can do more until the developers get that server back up on line.
