We are not sure why this is happening to some farmers.

I have loaded your farms without problems and navigated from one to others with everything showing up in my preferences.
See if unchecking some options in your preferences makes it easy to work farms.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
We do not have any way to check, monitor or control all of those links. As this appears to be an internet problem somewhere between your service provider and the servers there is nothing we can do to help. The only thing you can do is be patient and hope the problem is solved soon.

Yes I can now move between my own farms, but not any of my neighbours farms for SN work, the game simply gets stuck.

I have tried all the suggestions already. All other apps open and work fine.

I am also aware that I posted 3 times which I stated in my last post, this was due to the fact I couldn't find my original post, and I can only find your reply now.

Hi Honeyg,
I am sorry but there is nothing we can do to help. The servers are working correctly and we have been able to load all the farms of those who have posted concerning this without any problems. The only thing I can suggest is to be patient and hope that it clears up later.

For your SN work try turning off all in your preferences that you don't need for the work before you go to their farms and see if that helps.

I have a question regarding the slow loading. Once I cleared my memcache and my browser history, I know that loading farms will be slow at first but then resume their usual speed. I tried going to the Marketplace to get hired, but, when I do get hired, the farms takes forever to load to work on. Will this eventually correct itself to somewhat back to normal, or should I expect this every time I'm hired? I've cleared my memcache before and never came across this problem. thank you!!!

As each farm you are hired to work will be different then depending on how heavily loaded those farms are then yes it can be slower loading. What can help is to turn off everything in your preferences that you don't need like the facilities, decorations, and any thing you are not working on such as tree and flowers if you are hired for crops. You having cleared your memcache has nothing to do with their farms though because you are not clearing their farms.

Is there an internal problem with the game. Since yesterday it takes a long time to load, when it does and I finally navigate to my other farms it goes in limbo. Not fun anymore.

I am having similar problems as others have reported, although it is intermittent. I know nothing can be done but it seems important that the scope of the problem be known.
