The memcache clears your data on the server and forces it to be reloaded, so you get a clean load. You can use it in the HTML5 version.

My ID is 1223288649 This is the third time I have gotten this error message since the game has started being updated. I am in Chrome. Each time when I have posted this issue, I got the message to clear my cache and they will also refer my issue to someone. Clearing my cache has not changed anything. Then after a few hours I am able to get back and what I have that works is working again. However, I reported this early morning and it is still not working. I have a black screen and nothing is turning. I did the test and it said my system is support WebGL. I do not know why is shows disabled because when I follow the directions, it shows WebGL: Hardware accelerated WebGL2: Hardware accelerated Thank you for your help! I have tried in FoxFire, but there are lots of things that don't work on the

Hi pbarbee,
What are you doing when this happens?
Which cache are you clearing? For this problem you have to clear the browser cache, not the memcache.
Next time it happens try the tests then and see if WebGL is still enabled.

I just did it and it shows enabled WebGL: Hardware accelerated
WebGL2: Hardware accelerated Any other suggestions? The past two times after I referred this problem and was told it would be referred to someone, it was some how corrected in a few hours and would work for a few days and then I would get it again. I can get in through FoxFire, but then getting my gifts don't work.

Hi Pbarbee,
All we did before and now is add your post to a thread for the developers to look at and see what they can find for you to fix this. That is the only "referral" we have. If it corrected then it was all on it's own as no one has done anything directly to your account to fix it.


Are you currently having this right now just before you did the tests?


Again, what were you doing when this happened to you?


Have you tried clearing the browser cache after this has happened? If you need instructions on how to do that they are in the following link:

Yes I ran the test right after I had the problem

I was just trying to download the game on Chrome and I get a black screen and then the message shows at the bottom

That does not mean it won't happen again. We would still like to know what you are trying to do on your farms when this happens.


I can see you have Windows 10. Is it up to date?


How much memory do you have in this computer?
