Hi Paula,
They can not fit the extra digits on the black circle. The 2.4 is less than 3 and more than 2 so they will show the nearest whole number. That is why to see the accurate amount you must hover over the part that is working.

again, another quest, one step that has a 2 hr finishing time, it's been 2.5 hrs and still has 2.2 hrs to go..what don't I understand here?

I noticed something today that's never happened before. I have cooperative quests going and when I checked on them, I noticed one gave me help (for Cold Cream) but it was someone I do not know. He is not in my "friends" list nor in my "buddy" list. I have no idea who he is! How is it possible he can help me? I haven't visited the Job or Trade Marketplaces either. Just curious!!!

If you didn't check look in your reverse neighbors and buddies lists as well as the Facebook list as it could be one in those.

Hi, sorry to bother you but I have a quest item, langos, in Hungarian Restaurant. The entry in the restaurant says a batch takes 3 hours but when I started it in the quest, it says 28 hours. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Patti

I'm sorry but there is nothing you or us can do about that.

We don't know why but there are a few quests that have that problem, meaning that they show a higher time for an item produced in them.

Developers have been trying to test and fix this, but it is not common and they have not been able to find out what happens.

You need to wait that time for the quest be completed.

Anyway, if you wish, you can report this problem to Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
