What cache are you trying to clean?

To clean browser cache the instructions are in the following link:

You should bookmark the memcache link after you run it. Then you will have it when you need it.

Hi lineking,
What errors did you have iun the FT Console if you could open it? It would help to know what if any errors you get when this happens.


Did you have a lot of facility posts open in different tabs?
Or had you worked a lot of them and not restarted your browser?
It may just be that your browser was running out of memory as not all of your memory would be allocated to the browser, so if you have been doing a lot then it might have cause the browser to lock up.

The only thing I can suggest is to close and reopen the browser occasionally while working those and maybe run the memcache once in a while to update your account.

Hi Alexm

Are you working in your own farms or as a superneighbor with design privilages? Are you moving the facilities from their menu or using the hands?

When you get this error, does it prevent you to continue placing facilities?

Try to close your browser and then restart your computer and see if it is fixed for you.

This looks like you are having an internet connection problem. You can try all the suggestions in the following link to see if any of those work:

It could be one of the many links your data has to go through to get to the Farm Town servers is having a problem that can be causing you to drop connection. Unfortunately neither you or we can monitor any of those links or fix them. You will just have to play off line until it is back working.

beginning yesterday farm town is hard to load and takes several tries. Trying to do anything results in extreme buffering and it seems to lock up. Example: tried to accept 50 gifts a few min ago. After waiting 10 minutes, gifts were still not loaded. I am in Arizona if this is a server problem. Note: my household is not having any problems with any other computer games. Farm town is exhibiting these issues on two different computers.

This may be an internet problem somewhere between you and the Farm Town servers. There are many links your data has to go through between you and those servers and any one of those links having a problem can cause this kind of action. Unfortunately we have no way of monitoring or fixing any problems in those links.
