![]() ![]() This is a new feature of the game where you will be able to create chains from your facilites to make more products for sale and also export or import products to neighbours facilites which will earn you even more coins. This feature is available at levels 200 and higher. You have from Monday 12:00AM up to the next Monday 12:00AM to add a chain. If you don't do it in that time period nothing happens, you just missed the opportunity to have another chain. There is a new Facility Chains Manager icon in the Tool Box, right above the Facility Manager icon, that will give you access to the Facility Chains Manager. Benefits of *Regular* facility chains: 1. Chains of coins regular facilities will generate 40% more production. 2. Chains of farm cash regular facilities will generate 80% more production. Extra production will be added to your storage and those products will have the ( Export ) suffix in their name. 3. ( Export ) products can not be consumed by your own service facilities, you can either: a) Sell them at the market (Notice these products generate pure profit because they didn't cost you any ingredients or time). OR b) Export them to a neighbour who has a chain of the facility that can consume those products. In this case the Mayor will compensate you with an extra 100% of the sale price for helping others. Benefits of *Service* facility chains: 1. Chains of coins service facilities will be 75% more profitable instead of the standard 50%. 2. Chains of farm cash service facilities will be 100% more profitable instead of the standard 50%. 3. If you need help stocking a service facility chain with products, you may chose to import those products from a neighbour who has a chain of the facility that can produce them. Notice these imported products have the advantage that you didn't have to spend time producing them and will also be extra profitable due to the increased profitability of the service facilities that are part of a chain. Note: Any facilites you enter into the Facility Chains still produce the regular amounts you need for your facilities. By entering them into the Facility Chains you are getting EXTRA product on top of that, in the (export) section of storage, which you can sell or use in the rest of the Facility Chains feature. The (export) products are pure profit and totally free as they did not use any of your ingredients to make them. May 4th 2022 Update: New 'Trade Products' tab in Facility Chains Manager: a) When importing and exporting products, instead of going chain by chain you can now go neighbour by neighbour, this should speed up things by reducing clicks and only trading once with the same neighbour. The import action is still pending and will be enabled in the coming days. b) You can now see how many products each neighbour has exported to you and how many products you can export to that neighbour, all in the same row, so you have more information to prioritize the exports between your neighbours c) Total Import Cost: This is the amount of coins that will cost you to import all products from that neighbour, these products can then be used in your service facilities which are now more profitable because they are chains d) Total Export Value: This is the amount of coins you will earn by exporting products to that neighbour, this is 100% more profitable compared to selling those products at the market June11th 2022 Update: 'Trade Products' tab improvements in Facility Chains Manager: a) The Import button is now working b) The Resell button is now working. It will allow you to instantly resell all imported products instead of storing them for future use in your service facility chains, this will be less profitable but will allow you to make a quick profit. You can also use this option if you don't have enough coins to import all products. c) The staging capacity of your facility chains was increased based on the following rules: 1. By default, the Staging Area capacity for a product is equal to how many you can produce in 30 days in a single facility, that is, 30 days worth of production 2. For each FarmCash facility chain you own, an extra 7 days worth of production will be added to each product Staging Area capacity in all your chains 3. You can increase your product Staging Area capacity up to 2 years (730 days) worth of production Last edited by Tiger; Jun 12 2022 at 04:16 AM. |

![]() This is the phase one of this feature. Export and Import of products between neighbours will be completed over the next releases. Here is how it works: 1. Every week the Facility Chains Manager will present to you a different subset of the facilities that you own. 2. From that subset you will select one facility to convert into a chain. 3. There are two criteria to reach "Chain Status" 4. The subset of the facilities for you to choose from will vary each week. It could be any of the following combinations: a) Regular facilities in coins b) Regular facilities in farm cash c) Service facilities in coins d) Service facilities in farm cash However, in order to maintain a balance between factories and services it is possible for the regular/service order to change.5. The first week we will show you only coins facilities, the second week only farm cash facilities and so on. Whether we show you regular or service facilities will depend on the types of facility chains you have created in the past as described above. 6. Only those facilities that have a *strong* supply/consumption relationship to another facility can be converted into chains, for example: a) The Medical Supplies Factory can be a chain because it supplies the Hospital. The Music Conservatory can be a chain because it consumes from the Musical Instruments Factory. b) However the Healthy Juice Stand can not be a chain because is not related to any other facility. The Rubber Factory can not be a chain because is related to too many facilities. 7. The Add Chains tab shows one row for each pair of related facilities, regular facilities in the left and service facilities in the right. 8. One final and important rule is that if facility X is related to facility Y, at any given time you can have a chain of facility X or a chain of facility Y but not both. This will incentivize players owning a chain of X to trade products with neighbours owning a chain of Y. 9. The My Chains tab will show you the status of each of your facility chains. Additional Info #1 When players eventually become familiar with the feature, it's likely that neighbours would talk between them and agree on which chains they are going to create in order to collaborate better, for example: - Neighbour A create chains of Musical Instruments Factories and Hospitals - Neighbour B create chains of Medical Supplies Factories and Music Conservatories This way: - Neighbour A can export products produced in its Musical Instruments Factory chain to Neighbour B Music Conservatory chain - Neighbour B can export products produced in its Medical Supplies Factory chain to Neighbour A Hospital chain Additional Info #2 - The pending production in a factory are not discarded when creating a chain of that factory, only the finished products need to be moved to storage but you don't need to do it manually, the game will do it for you when you click the green tick. - There is no specific time limit in the week to create the chains, you have from Monday 12:00AM up to the next Monday 12:00AM. If you don't do it in that period nothing happens, you just missed the opportunity to have another chain. - When you create a chain, it will stay that way, offering the same benefits, until you decide to delete that chain. Assuming facility X is related to Y, may be you had a chain of X for too long and want to have a chain of Y, in that case you will have to delete your chain of X in order to create the new chain of Y. - When we implement the Export/Import functionality, you will see exactly which of your neighbours owns a particular chain Last edited by Tiger; Jan 08 2018 at 02:00 PM. |

How do i start a Chain?
1. Every week the Facility Chains Manager will present to you a different subset of the facilities that you own. 2. From that subset you will select one facility to convert into a chain. 3. There are two criteria to reach "Chain Status" 4. The subset of the facilities for you to choose from will vary each week. It could be any of the following combinations: a) Regular facilities in coins b) Regular facilities in farm cash c) Service facilities in coins d) Service facilities in farm cash NOTE: For those of you who only have coin facilites, you will be able to start a chain every other week... Week 1 you will be able to start a regular coin facility chain. Week 2 you will skip if you have no regular Farm Cash facilites. Week 3 you will be able to start a coin service facility chain. Week 4 you will skip if you have no Farm Cash service facilites. How to Add a Chain: ![]() The Facility Chains Manager has three sections, Add Chains, My Chains and Trade Products. ![]() If the Add Chains section does not have an orange background, click on it to turn it orange so you are in the correct section to be able to Add a new Chain. You will then see a list of some of your facilities. One side of the list the facilities will be greyed out. The facilities that you can choose from to make into a chain are not greyed out. If you don't see any Facilities at all then you don't own any facilities that meet that weeks criteria. Remember you must own at least 2 of the same facilities. To be able to Import or Export you need to have reached 7th Dan on those products. You can add a chain even if you have not yet reached 7th Dan on those products in that chain. In the Add Chainssection you will see something similar to this list, but it will be a list of your facilities. In the example below they are Regular Farm Cash Facilities for that farmer that week. ![]() The A-Z filter top right lets you chose to show your facilities by Default, Name, Facility Count, 7th Dan Progress or Available Trading Neighbours. There are two blue buttons at the top right of the box that when clicked on will allow you to Check Rules or Check Benefits. In each facility box you will see at the top corners if the facility is a coin facility or Farm Cash facility.
Next to the name of the facility it will tell you, between parenthesis, how many of that facility you have. At the bottom corner of each box you will see how many products with Dan 7th you have achieved and how many are missing. The following picture shows you a service facility which hasn't reached chain status. This Fishing Tackle shop shows only one facility owned and 9 out of 11 products at 7th Dan. As you scroll down the list a red box will appear around each set of facilites allowing you to select it if that's the set you want to make into a chain. A black "Create Chain" button will appear. Either use your mouse wheel to scroll the list or use the scroll bar to the right. ![]() Click on "Create Chain" and you will see something similar to the following pop-up. Read the message it tells you what will happen to any finished products that are not yet stored. You will NOT lose any pending production in that hasn't finished. Click the green check mark to store all products to storage. You must do this to be able to continue. Last edited by Tiger; May 05 2022 at 08:03 AM. |

My Chains
Click on the My Chains tab at the top of the Facility Chains Manager and you will see all the chains you have created. There is a scroll bar to the right that you can use to scroll through them. Example: ![]() For each chain, you will see a picture and the Name of your facility chain on the left and the picture and name of which facility you can either import from or export to on the right.
If you are deleting a chain created in the current week you will see a pop-up similar to this: When a chain has not reached chain status the are messages will tell you what you need to achieve chain status. When creating either regular facility chains or Service facility chains you will see this if you do not have 2 of the same facility:
When creating a Regular facility chain and you do not have all of the Dans needed to reach chain status , you will see the following:
When creating a Service chain and you do not have the Dans needed to reach chain status, you will see the following:
![]() When you open one of those facilities only products that are used in that particular Service Facility will be shown. Dans are shown in the lower left corner of each box. You will be able to start batches for those products in the facility from that screen. ![]() If you do not meet the requirements for Chain Status, for the current week, you may delete the chain and pick another one. When you click "Delete Chain" you will see a warning pop-up telling you what you are about to do. If you proceed the chain will be removed. If you are deleting a chain from a previous week you will have to wait until the following week to add a new chain. Until you have reached Chain Status, you will not store any products to the (export) section of storage and you will not be able to participate in the import/export part of the feature. NOTE - The Trade Products Section is not available to use yet. When clicked on it will say Coming Soon. Last edited by Tiger; Mar 19 2022 at 05:16 PM. |

Benefits and Summary of Import or Export
a) If you own a regular facility chain you are now able to export the (Export) products produced on that chain to any neighbour with a service facility chain that can stock those products. This way you will double your revenue compared to just selling those (Export) products in the market. The extra revenue comes as a bonus from the Mayor, your neighbour just pay regular price. b) The 'Export Products To' button for a regular chain will turn green whenever you have (Export) products available in your storage *and* at least one of your neighbours owns a service chain that can stock those products. There is another factor that can still restrict you from exporting products which is the free space available in the staging areas of your neighbours, more on this below. c) When you export products they are temporarily stored in the staging areas of your neighbours. Each product type on each service facility chain have a staging area holding up to 30 days’ worth of stock. For example, the Hospital consumes 100 Stethoscopes every 6 hours, 400 in a day and 12000 in 30 days. This means that the staging area capacity for the Stethoscopes in the Hospital is 12000, therefore your neighbours will be able to export to you 12000 Stethoscopes before you need to empty your Stethoscopes staging area by importing them all to your main storage. If your staging areas become full players will not be able to continue exporting products to you. So when you are exporting products to a particular neighbour you will see 2 lines: 1) Products ready to export 2) This neighbour can import The first line will tell you how many of your (Export) products can be exported to that particular neighbour *without considering* the limitation of that neighbour staging areas. The second line will tell you how many of your (Export) products can be exported to that particular neighbour *considering* the limitation of the staging areas. So if you see 1000 in the first line but 200 on the second line, it means that this neighbour have it's staging areas almost full and needs to be emptied soon. In the June 11th Update The staging capacity of your facility chains was increased based on the following rules:d) If you own a service facility chain you are now able to import products from your neighbours consumed in that service chain, although you pay regular price in coins for those products, they will be much more profitable to you when you stock them in your service chain and then cash out because service facility chains are from 50% to 100% more profitable than service facilities that are not part of a chain. e) The 'Import Products From' button for a service chain will turn green whenever there are products available in your staging areas that can be stocked on that service chain. When you click the Import button those products will be moved to your main storage. From there you can use them to stock your service facility chain as usual. f) Right now you can decide when and to whom to export your products. However you have no control over when or which players can export products to you, we may introduce some level of control for this in the future. Last edited by Tiger; Jun 12 2022 at 04:56 AM. |

How do I Import/Export?
Once you have reached Chain Status you will start being able to store (export) products which will be used in this part of the feature. Before you try to Import or Export, make sure you store your products from your facility chains so you have something to be able use. You can see those in a separate section of storage called "From Facilites (Export)" How to Use the My Chains section of the Facility Chains Manager: In the Facility Chains Manager click on the My Chains section so that the background turns orange. This is the section where you can which you can use to Import and Export from each individual chain. ![]()
Note: When you see a generic facility icon to the right of the 'Import Products From' button or 'Export Products To' button this means that you can import from or export to multiple chains. When you mouse over the generic facility icon you will see a full list of chains to which that factory chain can import from or export products to. Example: To Import: Click on Import Products From and you will see who you can import from, similar to the following picture, but they will be your neighbours. To Export: If you have products to Export but there is no room in your neighbours staging area the 'Export Products To' button will be pale blue and you will not be able to export to them until they have room in their staging area. Click on the Green Export Products To and you will see who you can export to, similar to the following picture, but they will be your neighbours. How to use the Trade Products section and Re-sell option: This section will be quicker for those with many chains or with many friends when importing and exporting products. Instead of going chain by chain you can now go neighbour by neighbour, which speeds up the process by reducing the amount of clicks as you are only trading once with the same neighbour. In the My Chains section you would have to open every single chain, import export from each friend, then close the window and repeat for every chain. Click on the Trade Products section to turn the background colour to orange. ![]() Partners Name, Export Volume, Import Volume In this section the Import and Export buttons are dark blue when you can Import, ReSell or Export and they will be greyed out when you can't. As you will be importing/exporting everything per farmer, this section also shows you:
Check Products allows you to see which and how many products can be imported/exported. Import - When this button is dark blue it allows you Import all products with one click of the Import from that friend. The total amount of products and the total cost are shown in each box, When the button is greyed out you have nothing to Import from that friend yet. Re-Sell - When this button is dark blue it allows you to instantly ReSell all imported products instead of storing them for future use in your service facility chains, this will be less profitable than using the products but will still allow you to make a quick profit rather than just sell them at market for the regular price. You can also use this option if you don't have enough coins to import all products. When the button is greyed out you have nothing to ReSell from that friend yet. Export - When this button is dark blue you can export to that friend, this is 100% more profitable compared to selling those products at the market. When the button is greyed out you can not Export to that friend yet. You may have no products to export or their staging areas are already full. +Capacity With the introduction of the Trade Products section, staging areas were also be increased based on the following rules: 1. By default, the Staging Area capacity for a product is equal to how many you can produce in 30 days in a single facility, that is, 30 days worth of production 2. For each FarmCash facility chain you own, an extra 7 days worth of production will be added to each product Staging Area capacity in all your chains 3. You can increase your product Staging Area capacity up to 2 years (730 days) worth of production Clicking on the +Capacity button will tell you both how your Staging Area capacity is calculated and ALSO towards the bottom of that message, how many Farm Cash chains you have and how many days worth your current Staging Area capacity is. Example - In the following picture this user has 89 Farm Cash chains meeting the Chain Criteria. You start with 30 days so 89 x7 is 623 plus 30 is 653: Last edited by Tiger; Jun 12 2022 at 05:03 AM. |

Facility Manager and (export) Storage
![]() When you look in the regular Facility Manager with it sorted to "Part of a Chain" any facilites participating in a chain will show up and those that have achieved chain status will have a blue background and a chain link in the box. ![]() When you hover over the box you will see the regular buttons needed for starting/loading/storing/cash out. The products you store from your facilites chains are stored in a separate section of storage called "From Facilites (Export)". The following picture is an example of what you could see >> You can either keep these items for import or export to neighbours facilites, earning you even more coins, OR you can sell them at market. Remember, the products shown in this section of storage are the EXTRA products you gained by entering the facilites into a chain. Last edited by Tiger; Nov 15 2017 at 10:45 AM. |
