my farm 3 and 4 is getting worse more plowing disapearing.guess i have to remove half of the flowers. i had the 9x9 removed and had it put back like i had it plowed for over 9 years.it is stiil messing up , this started when i bought the 56x56 land then got worse when i bought the 58x58 land . wish i had never bought the last 2 land upgrades .should just stop playing this game .nothing but problems .

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

I visited your farms 3 and 4 and I think those farms have data corrupted.

You can have farms plowed x9 with flowers, facilities and trees on top of the crops without problems for years, but if you continue adding more items then the problems start as every farm has a limit.

Flowers on top of crops seem to give more problems to those farms.

My suggestion for you is to remove all flowers and trees and then delete all plots on those farms. After deleting them, reload the game and check if any plot is showing up, if so then delete and reload the game again.

You have to do this till only green field is showing up. Then you will be able to plow again. But take in mind that if you again plow x9 and add flowers on top of the crops and also trees, then problems will be back.

Maybe you can plant less flowers and trees in an empty space and plow x9 the rest of the farms.

I moved your post to the thread about crops since that was the first thing you asked about.
There was a problem back a few days that reset a lot of things back to default preferences when they added space in that. Information on that is in the following link:

For the fertilizing you will need to click on the tab at the top for Multiple Farms. That will set it back to doing more than one farm.
For your shortcuts those were set back to the defaults so you will have to readd those through the shortcut pop up that you get to by the bent arrow in the top right.

We do not have reports about the issues you are having.

Are you working from Facebook or from the Website?

If it is from Facebook, are you entering the game using a saved link in your computer?
If so, it could be corrupted.
Please load Facebook and click in the game icon in the left side of your home page.

Or you can click in the buttons above the forum pages.

Also, be sure that your browser is up to date and check if there is an update for your computer system.
After an update it is always better to restart your computer.

No the criteria has not changed but the other part that can mean needing to change the speed an auto clicker is set at is this:

The actual limit will be based on the current stability of the game and will change without notice. If we see the game is functioning normally, the restrictions will be very light, if the game is getting affected due to the use of automated systems, the restrictions will be more severe.

I have the Lookout Tower, and can easily see everything that needs to be done on their farms (it is highlighted for what I choose). That tool was released to help you with your Super Neighbors work only.

When it was released this was the description:

4. Mobile Lookout Tower (FC): This tool provides detailed visibility on your Super Neighbours farm content by enabling the 'Show Work Info' when visiting them. After looking at the Work Info of your Super Neighbours, your farm selector will be updated to only show the blue color on farms where there is work available.

Also, this tool will reduce the waiting time to pull updated work information from 10 to 5 minutes, whether you are at a farm or at the market.

This tool cost 100 Farmcash, it's the most expensive tool in the game because of the high level of resources that it consumes on our backend servers.

In going back to the fields one by one I find that multiple spots were not replanted with the new crop, they still have the last crop sitting ready to do. The same thing happens when I fish. Hi Ethel :)

For your problem with crops, wait till they are ready and then harvest them. After that, delete all plowed pots and refresh the farm. If any plot shows up, then delete and refresh the farm again.
You need to do this till only the ground cover is the only thing you can see.

You also have trees and flowers on top of your crops, maybe you should move them to an empty space in your farms, specially the flowers.

After doing this, then you can replow the farms.

For your fishing problem: could it be possible you have more than 1 water item in the same spot?
Please check that and if you have 2 or more in the same spot you will need to move them.

Hi Auntie Al,

When you open your tool box and click on a tool to use like your turbo boat, look bottom right of the screen for an eye, if that eye is black you see everything that you have set to show in your game preferences.

You can click on that eye to change the setting, click on it to turn it red and then when you use the tool, anything it can't work on will be hidden.

Did you try clicking on the toolbox and selecting a tool to use for the hire? It would not matter if you were their neighbor as you can be hired by anyone. Do you have the employee lifeline for that quest as it won't count without that lifeline.

All the tools were greyed out and I have the employee lifeline. I couldn't even use my tools on her farm. And all mine and her tools are in storage. We're both SNs for each other but that wouldn't make a difference

Have them make sure they do not have that farm set as Disable super neighbor farming under the name of the farm. That would prevent you from working on that farm.
If that is not it try both of you clearing your memcaches.

Do you mean it wasted in 30 minutes after it was ready or 30 minutes after you planted it?
The only thing that can cause the times to be off like that would be if your computer's date & time were not correct at the time you planted the crop. Even if it corrected itself after that the time had already been recorded by your game.

I have some of those too if I am on the farm as they are working. Refreshing the farm by clicking on it in the farm selector clears those. We are not sure why they show up but they don't hurt anything.

For example: I plant lettuce 8 hour crop. i water right after planting with purple sprinkler. how long will i have before they are 'gone to waste'. will i have more than 24 from the time i planted them if i water immediatley if i cant get on in 4 hours growth time to harvest?

This farm was layered 9x a few days ago and looked absolutely perfect when I finished it. Two days later it has holes in the layered fields. They seem to almost have a pattern of missing fields. Is there any reason this is happening? I have encountered it a few times in the past and have just relayered the farm but that takes time. If there is a reason for it to be happening other than I can think of (???) please help me out with an explanation and a solution so it doesn't keep happening.

Do you have anything else layered on that farm such as trees, flowers, and/or buildings? If so then that can cause this to happen. Or it could be that when you did the 9x that some of the fields wound up on a different layer, which will make them not all show at the same time.
If you have a lot of layering with other things on the farm it can happen anytime.

The only way to fix it is just as you have done in the past to remove them all, retart the farm, remove any that show again and repeat until none are showing back up. Then you can try again to replow.

I also place all my facilities on the bare edges of each farm ensuring that they do not interfere with crop fields. This particular farm doesn't even have many facilities on it, unlike some others! I guess I was just concerned about the fact that this has happened only in the past few weeks even though I have been layering farms for many years without these holes appearing shortly after the farm has been completely layered to reach the edges of the expanded farm (except in the two top edges which I leave bare for facilities).
I guess I will just have to keep a close eye out for these holes. It would be nice to be able to just replace the missing fields, but that really isn't possible, I know!

You can layer for years and never have trouble, but all of a sudden get problems with it. You never know when the problems will show, but eventually they will.

I never learned "layering". I specifically looked for CROPS to harvest and then everything else as I've found people want harvesting jobs first. Not sure how to proceed. There's really no way I could have "accidentally" layered something because I never have more than one Farm Town screen open at a time and I never pursued layering because it seemed to be frowned upon.

does this update have anything to do with my fields getting harvested but when you go back there are some still there...my SN tried to do my borders and she couldn't bc the harvested fields are returning as needing to be done, so I tired and same issue, I use chrome, she said she uses edge....not sure whats happening but I am not overly happy...

Even if you are notlayering on purpose does not mean that you haven't accidently layered some crops. There has been a problem in recent days of some crops showing back up after they have been harvested and that could be the cause of what you are seeing. That problem was fixed with a release today. No, there is way to see the whole total of flowers in all farms at once.

But you can do the following adding a little maths, less than using the Farm Stats.

If you own the Tower crane, the tool to store in bulk, you can go to the farm where you have the flowers. Then click in the Tower crane and click in one flower, no matter which one.

You will see a window asking you if you want to store xxxx amount of that particular flower.
But the second option says if you want to store all xxxxx amount of flowers in that farm.
That is the amount you need.

I moved your posted to the thread aboput crops.
It appears for your crops you have accidentally layered those fields and I do not mean the 9x staggering. This happens too sometimes when you add other layers like flowers over the top of the crops.
The only way you can fix this is to remove all the crop fields, refresh the farm and see if any crop fields show back up. Repeat this until there are no more fields showing up. Then you can replow the farm.

I have been to a few SN farms and after doing trees it still shows that more trees are to be done as tool does not go away. Have contacted the farmers who go the the farms and they look at pie graph and it shows there is nothing more to be done there. Is this a glitch?

Have you tried refreshing the farm and see if the tool drops or if more trees show up? It could be that they have some that are planted on top of each other accidently.

We are not able to reset a farm to an empty farm, that is something you have to do yourself.

The link you provided is for your farm 42 which has trees, crops, flowers and water items.

I visited your farm 41 and there is nothing in it, so I think you were able to delete the items placed there?

I visited your farm 42 that is why I told you which items are placed there.

What you mean when you say that flowers, waters, trees are not available?

Non of them are ready to harvest, chop or fish, you have to wait till they are ready.

As I said in my first response to you, you need to delete those items yourself if you think you dont like the way you worked that farm.

Do not show all items at the same time. You can go to your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark only to Show Flowers option and then click the green check mark to save changes.
Then go to your farm 42 and delete all flowers showing up. When you are done, refresh the farm and see if any other flower shows up. If so, then delete and refresh farm again till no more flowers show up.

Then uncheck Show Flowers and put a check mark in Show Trees option, click in the green check mark and do the same as you did with flowers.

Then do it for Show Ponds.

You could leave the crops on the farm till they are ready, then harvest them and delete the plots.
Dont forget to refresh the farm where you are done to see if any other item shows up.

When the farm is empty then you will be able to work them the way you want. :)

I planted wheat last evening (UK) around 7pm and irrigated them so they should have been ready today around 3pm but the crops still has another 10.5 hours to go!!!! I checked your farm an yes it does show 10.4 more hours until it is ready. I am not sure why the difference unless you didn't irrigate at the earlier time that you thought you did and irrigated later. The only other thing that can cause this is if your date/time on your computer was incorrect at the time you irrigated.

Hi Taz, thanks for the response. However I have had another issue with my irrigator. I seeded 33 farms of cotton all at the same time and irrigated them all at the same time but farms 2,3 and 4 still have 6.3 hours to go but all the rest are ready. Maybe it's a glitch I don't know but I did irrigate all farms at the same time. I always wait until I have seeded the farms I want to then irrigate them all together so they are ready at the same time. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again. Thanks.

I will try and explain it but in a nutshell it's to do with how and where you plow plots, if all the fields are lined up with each other or not, whether or not there are gaps between them, as to what size tool may work better than another. You have a combination of all of those things on that farm.

Tools like all plots to be exactly lined up with each other if you want it to get the perfect squared amount every time. For example if you used a single layer 5x5 combine, for it to work perfectly it would need to see 25 plots plowed in a 5x5 squared area and those plots need to be exactly in line with each other.

When that isn't the case and there isn't a perfect sized tool for the area you want to work on, that can cause various issues with what a tool can highlight to work on because not all the plots on the farm are exactly lined up. Bigger tools are more likely to show this up easier than smaller ones that work on smaller areas.

The size of the tool you use can make the difference on what would happen. Every tool will try to work as many plots as it can for that size. When it cant work on an amount in a squared shape due to the amount of plots left to work not fitting the exact size of the tool, that tool will still try to work on as many plots as it can, but due to them not all being aligned exactly the same, it can no longer see a perfect squared shape to work on so it can try to grab an odd amount of plots instead, and then also miss others that would normally be worked on.

What you will need to decide on if you want to keep the plots like that to that is to try the different size single layer tools you own and see if you can line up the tool so that it only grabs the lower part of that upper section first, if it will, then you work your way up the farm to harvest/plow/plant the rest of just the upper section.

If that's not suitable for what you like to do, then you could consider just removing the lower row of that upper section and see if that helps at all with the tool that you prefer to use. If it doesn't then it's likely the tool is too large and still seeing part of the bottom section.

You could also consider having a bigger gap between the upper section and the lower section. How big that gap would need to be depends on the size of the tool you want to use. The bigger the tool the bigger area it will try to work on. If it can still see some of the lower section when you use it, using a smaller size tool may be more successful.

If you have the box at the bottom of that pop upto "Include products due to fertilizer, baits and bonuses then it will show you a higher amount of the harvest than you actually have trees. The bonus is "up to" the percentage for the belt, so it is not always a set number, so there is no way to say specifically the amount you will get.

Did you close your farms?

Also, click en Show Names, then in Show work info.
Top left click in Show Products names and set the next box to Ready now.

Your pic is set to Ready within 8 hours that is why they are showing in green. They will be ready in about 8 hours or so, that is why the memcache is not working for you.

I have not been able to duplicate this.

Try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Instead please provide the id numbers for each account so we can check. The id numbers are showing up below the game screen of each account.

If you are looking at the Show Work from the farm selector then the refresh time is 10 minutes if you don't own the Mobile Lookout Tower or 5 minutes if you do. You can usually force the update if you restart your farms.
If you are using the Show Farm Stats there is a Refresh Stats button.

10000006379 Farm 16. All farms exactly the same, has fishing, trees and crops. Its only this one small section that it doesnt work. The other 15 farms work fine, no errors there and no plowed fields disappearing. Even with a super neighbour, it doesnt work.

I moved your post to the thread about crops. The problem is with the amount of layering you have on that farm. You have trees, flowers and facilities layered over the crops which are also layered. There is a limit to how much you can put on a farm. With all the facilities on that farm part of that limit is also what you have that is completed in those facilities.
It is possible you have corrupted data on that farm because of this. You will need to contact Support to have them check this out and clean the data on that farm if possible. It is not only delete and replow. If there is a problem with those plots, that will not work.

You have to delete the plots and Refresh the farm to see if any plot show up.

If you see plots after refreshing, you need to delete them and refresh the farm again and continue doing it till after refreshing you only see green grass.

Then you can replow the farm.

Please provide the ID for your farms. You can find that at the bottom of your farms page. Being a new farm and if you have not done a lot of layering of things over crops on that farm I do doubt it could be corrupted yet. That usually happens if a farm has been heavily layered and reworked a lot.

Did you use multiple tabs to plow it x9?
I just tried the one tab method to plow my farm 48 without problems.

I asked if you wanted to add more items to that farm taking in mind that you only have crops there.

It looks like the previous plots are too close to the edge by one space. The only thing you can do is delete all the existing plots and start over plowing from the top corner and work your way down.

You do not use the purple hand for that. You need to use the multiplanters. You own the 4x4 multiplanter. Click on it and that will take you to the store for trees or flowers. Or if you have the flowers you want to plant in your storage, just open your storage without the purple hand and go to the Item storage and flowers, find the one you have that you want to plant and click in the Multi button instead of the Use button.

Yoou may have corrupt data for that farm. From what I see you Chamomile planted there that will be ready in an hour. I will clean the data for that farm as you have only a few facilities around the edges and only crops with no layering of other things.
You will need to restart your farms. Then harvest the crop planted when it is ready. Then you will need to delete all the plots on that farm, refresh the farm to see if any plots return. Repeat until there are no plots left. Then you can replow and plant.

I moved your posts to the Help & Support thread about harvesting as this has nothing to do with the current release.
You need to pick up a lower level tool for the trees and then look for the eye in the lower right corner of the screen. If the eye is black then click on it to turn it red. Black means nothing disappears after harvesting and red means it will disappear.

If you dont have anything more on that part of the farm or outside those borders, then you shoul be able to plow without problems.

If after purchasing the expansion and reloading the the game you continue with the same problem, then contact Support.

The way it works out when you only expand 1 size then you have a left over space to small for an additional plow plot. One expansion allows for 2 more plots and the next , along with the leftover from the previous expansion allows you to plow 3 across.

No there hasn't been any time change except for the irrigation which shortens it. Have you possibly claimed the reward/privilege in farm pass 2 to shorten the irrigation time? That shortens the growth time more from the normal cutting it in half.

I moved your post to the thread about plowing, seeding and harvesting as that fits more your problem.
When I look at theat farm I see a patch of non irrigated chia that will be ready in 4 days and the rest of the chia irrigated and ready in 1.5 days. I do not see any unplowed/planted plots.
This tells me that it is probably a case of inadvertent layered plots. The oly way to get rid of those would be to completely delete all the plots on that farm, restart your farms, then see if any more plots show up. Repeat all the steps until there are no more plots on the farm. Then you can replow and plant again. You might want to wait until the larger part of the chia is ready and harvest those first.

But if you are seeing that something is ready after harvesting and plant then it is possible that you have some layering crops you didnt notice.

When your crops are ready, harvest them all and then delete all plots on that farm.
Refresh the farm and see if any crops or plots show up. If so, then harvest them and delete the plots again. Refresh the farm.
You need to do the same till after refreshing you only see the farm ground.

Then you can plow it again and then plant the farm.

I bought this tool because I wanted to plant the same crop that is on the field in a quicker manner than the current plant all tool. It does the same exact amount of crops so making it a useless tool and a waist of 120.00. Please refund those dollars and remove the useless tool.

I bought this tool because I wanted to plant the same crop that is on the field in a quicker manner than the current plant all tool. It does the same exact amount of crops so making it a useless tool and a waist of 120.00. Please refund those dollars and remove the useless tool.

None of the tools are made to plant all of a farm at once. The crop replanter gives you the option of replanting the same crop on a farm as you harvest what is already in that space. The information about that tool and how it works is in the Game Guide chapter 21 in the following page link:

Hi, 3 questions: 1) when I look at "Show Names" to see what is ready, (in this case I click crops), does it show the FERTILIZED amount? 2) I am at 7th Dan for crops and the guide says I have a 78% chance of getting an extra harvest. How much is an extra harvest? The whole farm? 3) how much is actually in a box? Thanks

Hi Early Girl,
1) No it only shows the actual number ready.
2) For each plot you harvest there is a 78% chance you will get an extra box. The extra amount you can vary from farm to farm, so there is no way to say exactly how much extra you will get.
3) It doesn't matter how much is in a box because all of the uses for those crops are by whole boxes. There isn't any product made that uses a partial box.

What if the farrn size is the same as one of the Harvest/Plow/Sow tools? I've been able to do that a few times where it plows the entire farm.

It much depends on the farm size and if you have it plowed with or without spaces between fields.

For example if you have a farm 24x24 without spaces between fields, then the Plower 32x32 will plow all the farm in one click.

Last night I planted all my farms that I have crops on with one day crops. The last 2 farms I planted show that they still have 10 plus hours before they are ready and all the rest show they just have minutes left and they'll be ready to harvest. Can you help me with this?

Hi Tuthfairy,
I moved your post to the thread about crops. The reason all of those are are ready except for the last 2 is because asll of those crops were irrigated except for the last 2 farms.
