Why do Canadians have to pay so much for FC. It says $39.99 but it shows up as $55.00 on my CC?

The reason it seems as if you are paying more is because of the exchange rate between US dollars and Canadian dollars. This is a US based game, so the $39.99 is the US dollar amount for the 250 farm cash.

Hi Joe Guitar,

For levelling up you will need to wait until the developers decide to release more levels. In the meantime all the XP you are earning will count towards those new levels. The developers don't tell us a ahead of time when they would release more.

I moved your post to the thread about farm cash. You will need to contact Facebook about the password as the only way into the game is through your Facebook log in. There aren't any separate passwords for Farm Town.

It does not look like the purchase went through, but check your bank to see if you were charged.
This along with your problem of seeing anyone in the markets sounds like something in your computer or browser is blocking 3rd party sites. Either your anti-virus program or an addon for your browser or your firewall program for your computer.

We are not seeing anything like that kind of figure when you have been cashing out your facilities. At the time of this post your last 4 cash outs came to 67,597,593 and you were credited for those. Since the last cash out you did, your coins have continued to increase.

If you were selling a anything at market individually then we can't see the individual data for those kinds of sales.

I had a look to see what in your harvests & products storage may be getting high in amounts and your aluminum ore is getting very close to the maximum. When one or more item reaches the individual maximum of 200 million this can cause random harvests and products to go missing. We would recommend that you go to market and list everything by stored amount, sell a portion of that aluminum ore and also check to see if there is anything else getting very high in amounts that you can also sell a portion of.

It doesn't look like you have used the sell all non-ingredients filter to sell those in quite some time, so it may be worth you considering if you want to sell those to get more coins.

If you still think there is a problem, the only thing we can suggest is that you contact the support team (http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings2/support/) and see what they say.

We do not know when developers will add more levels to the game so you will be able to get as much farm cash as xp you have.

Meanwhile, you can try the Regular Quests, Cooperative Quests, NCC features which will help you to get some free farm cash.

You had 11 farmcash.

Then you purchased a Teddy Bear in Hot Air Balloon for 5 farmcash leaving you with 6 farm cash.

You received 12 farm cash for leveling up so now you hava a total of 18 farm cash.

You can check this yoursel by clicking in Account tab above your game screen and then clicking in Farm Cash Activity Log.

I am sorry, but we do not get any data for your selling in the market except when you sell non-ingredients. We have no way to confirm what you are saying. The only thing I can think of is what you saw was the total for all your crops but didn't sell all of them. I am pretty sure the computing in the game is correct for what you sold.

You can contact Support about this if you wish. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I am sorry, but there is nothing we can do through the forums for this as we have no way of checking it. The only way we can see what you have sold is if your sell by the non-ingredients (for me) filter.

I don't think you are selling all of them in which case you would see a higher amount listed at the top of the pop up than what you actually get because you haven't sold all of them. Your harvest storage shows you have crops still in it probably you kept them for your facilities.
Either way, there isn't anything we can do to check this or do anything about it through the forums. You have contacted Support so please work with them.

I have checked your account and you only had 26 before claiming your 2 for your quests.
You can check this yourself, by going to the Account tab above your farms. When you get that open click on Farm Cash Activity Log. That lists any and all farm cash transactions you have done.

Well then something happenned to activity that posted prior to that. I don't know. What I do know is that it said 28 FC and then earned 2 more and nothing changed.

What you may have seen on your computer, was a delayed notification about the 2FC that you had already claimed for co-ops while you were using your phone. The amount of farm cash had already corrected but the notification was delayed when you used a different device so it showed it again.

That same thing can also happen for example, when someone has the game open in one tab in a browser and were working friends facilites in other tabs.
When a claim is made in one tab, then they look in some of the others, they can sometimes see that same notification again as the game tries to update each tab that is being viewed at the time.

You've had 26 FC since the 19th when you claimed a farm pass FC reward. Had you earned any more FC other than the co-op claim then we would be able to see that in your data.

If you still think there is a problem you can of course contact the support team (http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings2/support/) if you would like them to check as well.

Other than that Farm Cash will be able to be bought over there we don't have exact details yet as to when or what methods. I moved your post to the thread about Farm Cash as that seems to be the only thing you are asking about. I do not see anything in your post about cargo ships where you posted.
Are you using a bookmark to get to Farm Town as we have not been on build 399 in a long time? You should be on but it is at least 433. If you are using a book mark, don't.
Instead use the shortcut on your Facebook home page or the Play FarmTown burtton at the top of the forums so you get the correct version of Farm Town.
What happens when you try to buy farm cash? I have just tried and it works fine for me.

Facebook does not take it all. I don't know where you got that idea. Yes they handle the transaction for purchasing, but Slashkey is paid the money for those farm cash you buy.

I have moved your post to the thread about buying Farm Cash.

There will be a method released to buy Farm Cash on the Website at some point after it is released, which does not go through Facebook. As long as you are already registered for the website then once you are logged into it you will be able to buy there once those methods have been enabled.

As for buying anything on Facebook and what you can do with any payment methods there, those are all under Facebooks control. You will need to contact them if they are trying to charge you for any payments for ads to find out what those are and why.

Both are payment services. With Paypal you have to set up an account with them tied to your bank account, or credit/debit card. Many do use that for more than just payment for the game.
Stripe is a also a payment service that will be very much like what you currently use through Facebook where you can use credit/debit cards directly without having to set up an account.

The only way you can get a refund is through Siupport. We can not do refunds through the forums. When did you send the ticket to Supprt and what item did you accidently buy?

Yesterday you bought a seesaw for 8 farm cash. You can see your purchase yourself if you go to the Account tab above your farms and then click on Farm Cash activity log.

Until we are able to use the cash and gift functions, I am having trouble finishing some of my quests because I don't have the last step that requires purchase of a facility. This causes me to waste resources and time getting to the last step only to lose all because I can't purchase the needed facility. Is there a current fix for this? If not, I may have to quit the Quests for now:confused:

While gifts and farm cash purchases are not available in the new website, you can use the Facebook version to do those.

Are you checking the box for agreeing to the terms of service before you click on the Buy button?
You may need to clear your browser cookies as they may be causing the problem.
I also use PayPal and had no problems getting the pop up to pay.

Also check to make sure you have pop ups allowed as the payment form is a pop up now instead of a page.

You are at top level, 1375, since June 11th, so there is no way to get more farmcash for your account till developers add more levels in a few months.

If you are talking about another account then please provide the user id number for that account. It is located at the botton of your game page.

Hi Betty,

When they contact the developers then they will be able to add your farm cash. It is probably a problem of Facebook not completing the transaction to send the information to the server about the purchase.

Stripe is a service that they will use for processing payments made through credit/debit cards. It is just like the service that Facebook uses now for processing those purchases you make for farm cash.

You do not have to use up the farm cash you have purchased thgrough Facebook. You will not lose it and you wouldn't be able to tell which you were using because they will all be the same.
The prices as far as we know for farm cash will not change after July 24th. The only thing that will change is where you buy them.

The developers have not stated if that would happen before the game is off Facebook. It's likely to be enabled on the Website soon after the game is deactivated on Facebook. Keep an eye on the new release and website updates for any additional information the devs may post about it.

When you buy the larger amounts you have always get the bonus amount above the lower buying amounts. That is what it is referring to.

Im completely honest with you.

Just do some maths.
If you buy 25 FC twice, you pay 5 dollars each time, so a total of 10 dollars and only get 50 FC.

If you buy 55 FC you also pay 10 dollars, buy you get 55 FC not only 50. That is the bonus.

I moved your post to the thread about farm cash. Open the bank again for purchasing and look in the bottom right corner for a blue button for Restore Purchases and click on that. Then close that pop up and see if it has shown up.
If not then try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Facebook used a different company for you to purchase through. We do know that debit/credit cards do work as well as Paypal accounts and Stripe accounts.

It is not moving because you are at the current top level. Right now there are no more levels until the developers add more. You are still earning experience points as ytou work. When the developer add more levels then you will jump to the level of the experience points you have accumulated.

OK it's showing "Paypal" but Paypal is NOT showing a pending purchase to Slashkey and it's NOT appearing in my bank records. The ONLY thing showing in my Paypal records is another online purchase I made.

The Egg Collector (bought on Dec 1st), the Offshore Oil Rig (bought on Dec 14th, and Mobile Sprinkler (bought on Nov 28th) are all sitting on your farms somewhere and not in your storage. You can find what they are for in the Game Guide chapter 21 about tools:

Please note that no one other than you can make Farm Cash purchases. Super Neighbors can only make coin purchases if you have allowed them design privileges and allowed them to purchase. So unless you gave your log in information to someone else, then maybe you forgot that you had bought those items.

I have moved your post to the Help & Support thread about Farm Cash as this has nothing to do with the current release.
Yes you can check what you have spent in Farm Cash, by going to the Account tab above your farms. When you open that click on the tab for Farm Cash Activity Log. That will show you all your transactions for Farm Cash.
Please note if you own a tool and buy another you are buying the duplicate with coins not farm cash. Also you will see on that tool in the store a Duplicate button instead the Buy button.

I moved your post to the thread about farm cash. You did not get 170 farm cadsh added. They only added 25 more levels so all you got added was 25 more. You had 145 plus the 25 brought you up to 170.
You can always see what transactions you have for farm cash in the Account tab/farm cash activity log at the top of your farms.

About the big lakes, if they are new, then you have to wait for the fish to grow. For big lakes you have to wait 20 hours.
I visited some of your farms and the big lakes were showing 10 hours to be fished again by the time I visited.

First it is not Farm Town asking for a code. Farm Town and the game are not processing your payment. Those are done by either PayPal or Stripe depending on which you choose. It is most likely your bank or credit card company were asking for the code. That Farm Town has no control over.

It would depend on what you have the filters in the facility manager set to and if you started any production in the new facilities.
Set the filters in the facility manager All Facilities.
Check in the Show Names of the farm manager. There is a show facility info button on the bottom. That will show you all the facilities of all types.

You sold half of your non ingredients at 9:58 eastern time tonight for 48,130,597,388 Which got you to 126,693,302,854. You then expanded farm 46 for 72 billion. Then you sold the rest of your non-ingredients for 15,888,749,334. Anything else you sold we do not have data for those individual items. After selling your non-ingredients and anything else you sold you are now back to the 72 billion. You did get your coins but you expanded farm 46 which used what you had gained.

As far as I know to use Stripe itself you have to have an account with them just like you have to have a Paypal account. I have not tried to set onee of those accounts up as I have Paypal and prefer them, so I am not sure about the procedure for setting it up. I would use a cell phone number instead of a home phone. That way they can send a text.

Or you can use a credit card through Stripe without having an account with them which is what I do. As far as Discover card I can't tell you whether it would work as I only have Mastercard accounts.


Edit: You can pay without a link (text at the bottom) and it won't store your card information in Stripe.

You do earn FC for the experience points you get. However you are at the current top level, so you will not get more FC for your experience until the developers release more levels. The March release gave you 25 FC for jumping from level 1425 to 1450 because you had enough experience to go up all 25 levels.

We have alerted Support. It may be your email address that you are not getting the responses. Hotmail sometimes doesn't work for that.
I would suggest too that you contact your card issuer as they may be blocking the purchase sine it is from Canada to the US.
Also be sure you check your spam folder for any email from support @slashkey.com

Your previous post about this was already answered just above your latest post.
They can not because the rules changed for sending farm cash and buying farm cash items for others when the game left Facebook. To send those items you have to purchase the farm cash and not earn it free from the game.

That message was on during 20 days before developers changed it to only one week.
It doesnt affect your game at all, just ignore it. :)

I had a look at your data and yesterday at some point you had 23 farm cash.

Then you purchased a Green car which is a farm cash decoration and costs 22 farm cash.

You also received farm cash sent by a neighbor who is participating in the farm pass feature.

You can check this yourself by clicking in Account tab at the top of your game screen and then click in Farmcash Activity Log button.

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Cash. We do not need your Facebook link as Farm Town is not on Facebook and has not been for quite a while now. Additionally payments for Farm Cash are not processed through Facebook since we left it.
I am assuming you mean the bonuses players have posted in the Other Wall Requests and maybe posted them also on Facebook. Those would have nothing to do with any purchase of Farm Cash.
Additionally you do not buy Farm Cash in the store. You have to use the bank to make any purchases in the game.
You did buy farm cash twice recently. On August 2nd you purchased 55 farm cash and on August 4th you bought 250 farm cash. There have not been any purchased today.

You are not missing any farm cash. You can check your farm cash activity by going to the Account tab above your farms, then click on the Farm Cash Activity Log tab.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if the codes went there?

Do you have a cell phone as they would be able to send you a text message with the code?

How are you getting to the page to buy Farm Cash? You have to go through the Bank in the Map to buy. Select the amount and then choose either PayPal if you have an account with them or Stripe to use cards directly.

They may have sent it to your email, but your email rejected it. If you have a cell phone then give them that number instead of your home phone number. Stripe is the one that handles all of that. It is not handled by Slashkey.


EDIT: I just checked your account and you purchased 250 farm cash just a few minutes ago.

Next time you want to try using a card replace the home phone number with your cell phone number. A code can not be sent to a home phone because they don't have text capability. You should be able to highlight the number they have in that spot and change it.

What it is trying to do is set you up for the Link which encrypts all your information when it is transmitted to them to protect your card.

Okay, so went back through to the Stripe page, skipped my email, put in my credit card number, name, zip code, etc. and I put my cell# where the 800# was at the bottom of the form. THEN I put in my email, hoping it would give me the option to have the code sent to my cell number. NOPE! It immediately rang my house phone again. But the good news is, instead of blocking the call as it had been doing, my phone rang and I answered it, and a recording gave me that super double secret code! WooHoo!
To make sure it was all saved for future purchases, I went ahead and bought another $250 FC even though I had already bought $250 via PayPal. lol
At least now it is working with no fuss, so even my husband can easily use it to by FC too!

Then I don't know what to tell you as that is not in Slashkey's control. Maybe call the 800 number when you get to that page to see about changing the number. As far as your email address it is probably that your email provider rejected those emails.

Thanks, Taz, but like I said, the call came through with the secret code so I was finally able to get set up w/my Discover card on there so I won't bother support about it. Yes, it was a royal pain, and no, I don't know where or how to switch it from my house number to my cell number. But as long as it's working I'm just gonna let it go. lol Let it go, let it gooo... Level 1475 is the highest level we have right now.

You can continue working to get more xp but you will not get more farm cash till developers add more levels.

When more levels are added then you will get levels according to the amount of xp you have at that time.

You had 19 farm cash and after purchasing you had a total of 269 farm cash.

Then you purchase 7 long cars for 35 farm cash each for a total of 245 farm cash.

269 - 245 leave you a total of 24 farm cash up now.

You can check this yourself by clicking in Account tab above your game screen and then click in Farm cash Activity log button.

The cars alll cost FC. If you check your account tab as Marymarcel asked you to you will see all of your FC purchases. You did buy 7 cars. which comes to 245 FC at 35 FC each. You did not have enough to buy 1 more care as you only have 24 FC left.

I have a chrome browser and I followed the steps that you suggested going to history and deleting the data and making sure all the Basic steps were checked, then I went off the game, turned the notebook off and came back after a while and still the coin counter was showing 7 billions.

I am sorry but you will not find the credit card information any where in the game including the Account tab. Your purchases are not done directly through the game or Slashkey. When you purchase farm cash with a credit card it is done either through Paypal or Stripe. Only they would have the card information.

You had 26 not 14 and then the 25 added gave you 51. Then you spent 40 on a flower harvester which left you with 11.
You can check all of this by going to the Account tab above your farms and then click on th Farm Cash activity log. That will show you all transactions concerning farm cash.

I went to farm 13 to enlarge it from 22 to 24. I'm pretty sure it was to cost 2.3 billion. I did it, and my coins went down to 40 billion. Instead of going down 2.3 b, it went down 23 b!
Can anything be done about it? I reloaded my farm thinking it might help, but nope. I worked for my friend to harvest lots of acorn squash and sold most of the acorn squash and all of my non-ingredients and and non-ingredients for me I had in storage. That got me up to 41.9 b.

I had a look at your data and you enlarged 3 farms in less than 9 minutes.

The total coins amount for the 3 upgrades is: 24.700.000.000

Then if you had about 63.000.000.000 coins and your purchases were for 24.700.000.000 then you were left with about 38.300.000.000 coins.

The crop replanter replants the same crop/s you have on a farm. It uses the combines harvest/plant to do this.

It is very useful if you have for example a quest farm, or your crops gone to waste or you want to replant the same crop on your farms.

Hi Marymarcel, i am getting disenchanted with the way things are done. Not enough info was available for this tool. I did try to research it before i bought it. The quest crops are always going to have some harvested plots as they are used for quests. This renders the replanter useless to begin with. I know i have made a mistake (expensive one) in buying it. My Super Neighbours refuse to use it as it slows the job down. If i cannot get the FC back , at least exchange it for something useful !
