The cost of the gift cards is in farm cash not real money and you only have to have 250 farm cash in your farms to be able to send it to your neighbor.

Tonight I had completed 13 Co-Op quests but instead of being rewarded with 2 Farm Cash i was given just 1 Farm Cash. Also 2 or 3 weeks ago I had completed 8 regular quests and I was rewarded with just 1 Farm cash. I went to my accounts and it shows that I received 1 FC for my co-op quest.

One of your quest completed on the 13th for Make Farmtown Stamp Roll Expired 6:42 PM eastern time today and you didn't collect the farm cash until 7:10 PM. That dropped you to only 12 quests.
Each quest only stays on the chart for 7 days exactly to the second. Since you didn't collect until after one had expire you only got 1 FC

This happened with multiple jobs (meaning, multiple neighbors) and after about 4 neighbors, I had lost 3 million coins. Is this normal? I don't recall my coins going DOWN when working others' facilities. I tried to reload the game thinking it just needed a refresh and when I did, the lowered amount was showing.

I then worked a stranger's farm, got 24 millions coins, and went back to working neighbors' and buddies' facilities. Again, I started losing coins. I did get XP, which I expected, but I did not expect to lose coins. Is this new?

Hi Christi,
We don't have data on working facility posts, but we have not had any posts concerning losing coins when working those. There would be no reason from those that you would use coins. Did you possibly have someone working on your farms at the same time as that would cost you coins for any plowing.

What I said about the Farm Stamp Roll was one of your quests that had expired which dropped you down to 12 quests preventing you from getting you from getting 2 FC. It is not a rule.

Going over the time for collecting was not the problem for you. It was that a quest had expired before you collected which dropped your total quests down to 12.

Not sure why, but sometimes when I try to purchase Farm Cash it give me an error and tells me to try again later (I didn't get a screenshot). "Usually" I X out of that screen and attempt it again and it works so don't know if that's an error on my end or Slashkey's.

However, that said if you do have a problem again and it not go through, but you get charged by Paypal then contact Support about it as we can not do anything about it through the forums.

As you are showing it did go through and you got your farm cash. It can't be a Slashkey error because once you select the amount you want and go to the next screen it is not Slashkey that you are dealing with. It is Paypal.

You didn't see an error on Paypal because it actually went through as you showed in your first post about this. For Paypal it will either complete or you don't see it on their site. I have never seen any error messages on Paypal and I do a lot through them. Slashkey does not handle the transaction. You do it directly with Paypal and then they inform Slashkey of the sale so they can add the farm cash to your account. Before we left Facebook all of the transactions were handled through Facebook.

ETA: Ha! I KNEW IT. I made another purchase (BRAND NEW TRANSACTION) for a lesser amount of Farm Cash and it "worked". It also cleared out the incomplete purchase popup. Why am I not surprised.

And, yes the Devs have a support ticket.


So now since I "cancelled" the popup after I took the screenshot I'm continually getting this error when I log into the game. HOW. DO. I. STOP. IT? Game says no purchases can be restored. I ran memcache. MULTIPLE times. Also, closed out of Farm Town and Chrome.
