i think i see the explanation, i cant work neighbor facilities in between this 8 hours, so say at 8:00 am till 9:00 am working facilities, i should not visit my request wall till after say 5:00 pm ?

Yes. The time is exactly 8 hours. You can check in the Show Times tool to see exactly how long you have to wait.

I moved your post to the thread about wall request posts.
What facility are you trying to post from? Are you opening the facility and going to the Pending tab and then clicking on the Produce Faster or Get More Clients buttons?

If that is the case then that is a Facebook issue. The only thing Farm Town does is to post the initial post to your Facebook profile which also puts it on your friends newsfeed. There isn't any thing we can do concerning this.

I just tried it with my posts and it shows me a list to pick where I want to share it to.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

I understand that your Facility wall requests is empty? Is it the same for Show other wall requests?
What about your My Request tab? do you have gifts showing there?
If the problem is with gifts not showing up, this is a random problem that happens some times. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. Most of the time they will show back up in a few days in your My Requests.


You can check the following link and see if your gifts are there Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests. Please visit the following link to know how to work through the Activity page:

If it is not a gift problem, then please be sure your browser is up to date and also check if there is any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

You can run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms and check Wall requests again.

Hi. I ran the memcache and cleared out my browsing history. I completely rebooted my laptop (Windows 10) My browser is Microsoft Edge (My husband has no issues using Opera and we use the same laptop with both browers running).
Under My Requests I can see a gift but not the picture of the person who sent it.

It seems to me like a problem transfering data from facebook to the game.

Please be sure your browser is up to date and also try another updated browser to check if you have the same problem.

If it is a facebook problem it could last for a few hours and then all will go back to normal. Let us know how it goes please.

Also if you wish, please contact Support team to let them know. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Im sorry nothing has worked for you, it could be that facebook is doing something in the server you are on.

But please just in case, contact Support team to let them know about this problem.

That pop up comes from Facebook and Farm Town has no control over it. The names when you list them also comes from Facebook. Whether they have changed something we are not aware of it.

Around 7pm last night my links for the game on the Facebook wall stopped working correctly. Requests for help boosting factory production, client referral boost requests, ingredients, and bonuses have all stopped working as items to click and require selecting open in a new tab from a right click menu in order to do anything. I rechecked my Edge settings when I thought it was only Edge that had the problem. I will check to see if there are any recent changes made to Windows Security that may have effected the game for all browsers though. The issue is that left clicking is not working on them whether the pointer changes to a pointing finger or not. Sometimes it is just a matter of clearing the cookies and restarting the computer to fix unexpected problems.

3 Evil Words: System Restore Failed.... restoring from Sunday's backup, but so far there still is no joy in Farm Town! (I would end with another ohmage to Casey at the Bat but we do not say the FT competitor's name.)

More info: I did finally restore the computer to its state as of the latest Sunday evening update of September 18th from a total system image. Since this was a day before the issue began and it is continuing my best assessment is that it has nothing to do with my computer and may be a Facebook server acting weird again.

The pop up for posting your facilities to your newsfeed is a Facebook pop up. Farm Town has no control over how it functions.

I just tried it and had no problem changing the names in the custom list. When I clicked the Save it changed to the current names I just added.

When I tried to post my factories I get the wall notification but then I can't post to facebook and get error App not active and something along the line that the app developer is aware of this issue. Also, have noticed the game is not running fast. Accepting and exchanging gifts, planting and harvesting, loading ships, trains, etc.

That page updates when you pen it. If you have been working posts and want to see if any new posts have been added you have to refresh the page. It does not automatically refresh.

The time between is not based per farm set. You must have at least an 8 hour time that do not work any facility request posts, before you can rework any of them. A new post from them does not bypass that requirement.

It usually means someone in your friends has reported your Farm Town post or posts to Facebook as being offensive. Or you have been posting too many posts from the game possibly if you are copying your posts to groups. The only thing you can do is click the link and tell them you disagree with their blocking. There is nothing that Farm Town can do about this.

Im sorry but Facebook usually do that when they consider you are posting too fast or/and to many sites/groups in a short time.

This happens as spammers do the same thing, they try to post as much as they can to many sites at the same time.

There is nothing the game can do, we can only suggest to post slowly when the banning is lifted.

If you want to report to Facebook then go to your Facebook home page, click in your little profile picture in the upper right corner and then click in Help, then in Report a problem. See if that works.

It is something you need to resolve with Facebook, I know this will not like you but try to not post during a day and see what happens.

First is Facebook has changed how many tabs you can have open at one time without getting into trouble with them and getting temporarily banned from playing. I never open more than 4 tabs with the facility work requests at one time. That seems to work ok.

Second the only way your posts will have the additional link information would be when you copy those posts to other locations such as groups. If you look at them on your profile page there should not be all the additional link information. That is the only place they come directly from the game and do not show the additional link information. You could try deleting the extra link information and see if they still work without all of that showing.

If your friends are reporting your posts then there is nothing we can do about this. There should be a link for you to contact Facebook in that pop up to dispute it. Those are showing up in the link for Other Wall Requests.

There, you can find bonuses, ingredients requests, but also posts when we get farmcash for quests, when we buy facilities, etc.

Just take in mind that we had a release yesterday so farmers are purchasing factories but this will not last more than a few days.

there are a lot of unnecessary things clogging up the "other wall requests" page, like when someone expands a farm or when they win top three level in neighborhood quest. or when they got farm cash from a different quest. there is no need for those in there at all.. This happens due a change Facebook did long ago.

When you have both accounts open or you use the switch in facebook for the accounts then data gets mixed.

To avoid this, you need to open an account, do all you need for it, then close it, restart your computer and then open the other account.

Or you can use a different browser for each account.

If you go the their facebook profile, you will probably be able to work their facilities.
This als happens with trains showing as Non Friend in the Train manager.

Are the posts for ingredients showing on your Facebook profile page correctly? If so that is all that Farm Town is responsible for. If they are not posting correctly when you copy them to a group or gift site somewhere else there is nothing that Farm Town can do about that.

Your neighbors and friends who play who are not your neighbor can work your faciliy posts. It is not restricted to just your neighbors. So it is probably someone you are friends with, but not neighbors.

I am sorry but we do not have data on who has worked your posts.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the wall requests. Since with the new website you will not have a newsfeed to post to then all posts for facility work will have to go to the Wall. So there is no need for that check box.

So it was dropped a few hours ago or couple of days ago as I just noticed it this morning and everyone is telling me that this is normal when I had seen the post to the FT wall just last night.

Please also try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try working those again.

To get the Mayor working all facilities in all farms, you need 2 trains dispatched with at least 10 long cars (they cost farmcash) attached to each train.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

In the website you post your facilities the same way you do from Facebook.

But, the posts will not show up in News feed or your Facebook profile.

They will only show up in Wall requests. Please remember you cant see your own posts in Wall requests. Only your friends can see them.

When you post from the website, you will see a floating message saying Request sent, which let you know it was posted to Wall Requests.

Have you asked if they have posted today and where they are posting from Facebook or Website? Are they Facebook friends or only those that you made a connection with on the website?

If you have made any new friends on Facebook you do need to load the Facebook game for the website to be able to update who your Facebook friends are.

Hi Tiger! I play on the website only. I do go to FB to get gifts left, but the only interaction is with website neighbors and buddies. The "My Requests" is usually very active and has posts back up to 10 hrs. When I loaded it today there were only two posts about an hour old from one neighbor in the facilities/services thread. The "other requests" posts were from 3 maybe 4 people with a very short time frame of postings. This is very unusual. This is only on the website. Because it appeared so empty looking I used the term 'blanked out'...no other reason . I had received error messages under the game and the game freezing causing me to reload. The error message would say to report it so it could be traced. The 'My Requests' seems to be working at the moment........ I will be checking with other neighbors to see if they posted this afternoon.

Do you tend to stay logged into the website or you log in every day?

As you are saying all your Neighbours and Buddies were added on the website, try logging out of it then back in again. Then go to the Website Facility Wall Requests, make sure that you are not looking at the Facebook Facility Wall Requests by mistake as that won't show you posts from those you only connected with on the website.

When you are looking at the Website Facility Wall Requests (https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/pending_in_wall) check at the top of that page for a sentence showing.
There is a link at the start of that sentence. You want the first words to be Include posts......

You will need check that Include is showing on the Website Other Wall Requests (https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/pending_in_wall2) tab as well.

If the first words are Hide posts....., click on it to change it to Include posts then refresh that tab and see if you can see any more posts.

If you have not done so please make sure your browsers and computer are up to date. Be sure to restart your computer if you do any updates.

For now you still get them through the Facebook version. The developers are still working on gifts for the website, but will have it ready before the deactivation.

You can see 2 different ways if your facilities and services have been posted., When you post in the Facility manager you will see above the Pop up for posting when you click on the green check to do that there will be a text show saying Request Sent.
When you go back into the facility manager and click on the Start All and Load All the pop ups for those will show the time at the bottom of the pop up for how long ago you posted last.

A lot of farmers will buy enough of the the train and long cars to meet the 2 trains requirement that will help with working facility requests much faster. They will cost Farm Cash to buy them so if you wanted them, how quickly you could get them, will be for you to decide.

I'm still having problems with my wall requests not working right. It's only going back 8 hours now with 36 posts showing. One of my neighbors posted on FB that hers is doing the same thing and some of her neighbors commented that theirs is doing it also. Support gave me some bogus reason about neighbors double posting causing my wall to be so short. Last night before I went to bed it went back 17 hours. This morning it goes goes back 5 hours with only 11 posts. If the wall holds 150 posts why does mine only have 11 and it's not because of double posting. I have heard nothing else from support. I don't think they believe there is a problem so it doesn't give me much hope they are looking into it.

Just looked again, now it's going back 4 hours with only 10 posts!

Hi Dr. Dirt,

You need to continue working with support if you still think there is a problem. If you have not already done so , give them an example of the connection a farmer whose posts you are not seeing in the website when they have posted them, like they are your neighbour or they are your buddy, and you have not worked those today. We can not contact your faming friends for you to know if they posted or not to know if you should be seeing them. We do not have that kind of data to be able to check it for you.

I have moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the wall requests. Please note that you will not see multiple posts from anyone, so only 1 post for regular facilities and 1 for service facilities. If they post again you will only see their latest posts.

I see at least 70 posts in mine right now. They are all a maximum of 2 per person so at least 35 neighbors have posted over 17 hours. You have 18 neighbors that have posted in the last 2 hours that would be 36 posts.


The only thing I can suggest as we do not get data for your wall requests, is to contact Support concerning this.


To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

As far as I remember, developers didnt say that we would be able to see our own post in the Facility wall requests or Other wall requests.
Only your friends are able to see them to work your facilities or to send you ingredients, bonuses or a specific gift you could required.

One thing to note is if you have the trains for working the facilities then a farm being private will not stop the working of those. If you do not have the trains for the mayor to do all of the farms then a farm being private you will not be able to work them.
They may not have changed anything, but did you ask them if it was private? If it wasn't private then why that happened I don't have an answer. Did you try a second time to see if it worked then?

I'm happy to work them anyway, and once on their farms I can find out exactly who they are. But it would be great if this could be fixed so we can know for certain.

I've cleared temp files, I've run the FT memcache, & I've tried two different up-to-date browsers but received the same results. I've seen other friends commenting about the same problem.

We all have those missing pictures and we knew this could happen since the game has not access to Facebook profile pictures and other information anymore.

Developers are still working on this so in the future you will be able to change your picture, either by uploading a new one from your PC or by using the Facebook Login system to allow the game to automatically download and use your current Facebook picture.

We have 3 facilities starting with that name.

Airline Supplies Factory and Airline Catering Facility, both are regular facilities.

The only service facility is the Airline Terminal.

I will contact Support to get in touch with you.

How many neighbors do you usually have posting facilities and services. Please note you will only see 2 posts (1 regular facilities and 1 services) for each neighbor or buddy who posts. If they post again, then the older post is removed from the list. So depending on how many of your neighbors post regularly your list will be shorter than the maximum number because only the last 2 posts they made will show. Since you have said you see some of them in pink then you have worked their previous post which is no longer being listed.

You can still use the link for sending a ticket. Even with the incorrect pop ups showing the ticket still goes through.Click on the link under your farms for support.

when the mayor gets half way thru working the farms, i will get the prompt "opps, you've already worked these facilities" (something like that). i can reload the window and the mayor will collect the remainder.

When you looked at Show times, both options for rework regular and service facilities were showing a green check mark or a time?

I never got that kind of problem, but what I have got from time to time is the some posts show the pink background but the link is blue not purple. Then when I work, some show the ooopss and others give me products. I think the first time I worked them, some facilities were already empty.

You can not see your own wall requests. However, you can see how long since you last posted. In the facility manager when you open a facility for posting, at the bottom of the pop upit has the time since you last posted. You can look at that before you actually post by clicking the green check or not posting by clicking the red X.

every thing had a clear slate to work others facilities. there was no pink box or pink writing. it continued to happen as i kept working and then refresh the "windows" page. i noticed that just before it occurred the bottom of the ft page (where it shows the neighbors that helped) would start scrolling something that looked like program notes. once i reloaded the page i't would let me continue with the working the remainder of the farms. i had to do this for each neighbor so it's unlikely they all were reloading. they were also newly posted. there was also one post, that after completed, wouldn't register pink box or pink writing. i logged out, rebooted, logged back in and it was the same. i found an old post of yours and cleared memcache a couple of times too. this seemed to help me. it's only happened since the new site so i thought you guys were tweaking things and didn't mention it. seem like the memcache clearing helped. if/when it happends again, i will try that first and if it continues i will let you know. thanks for your time and help.

Ah! then you were getting errors in the console below the game screen.

If this happens to you again, please try to copy and paste those errors here in your post.

Also, be sure your browser and computer system are up to date, if you do any update, then it is better to restart your computer.

I dont know how many tabs you open while working your neighbors/buddies facilities, but you can start opening 4 tabs and if they work correctly then open 2 more, and then 2 more. Sometimes when you have many tabs open while working facilities could make you get errors and/or not all facilites being worked.

Did you check the Show Times clock in your Toolbox to see if you had green check marks on both Rework Facilities and Rework Service Facilities before you started working facilities today for any friend?

If you did not it can be difficult to determine what has caused the issue today.

A known issue that can cause problems with timings on the farm is if your computer date or time was off when you loaded the game. Please check that all aspects of the time and date are still showing correct.

If you don't tend to log out of the website daily you can also do that to make sure you are in the current version of the game.

You can if you wish, run memcache, this will not reset the 8 hour timer but can clear any issues in your data that may have caused a problem.

To do that make sure that you are still logged into the website, then click on this link:

A new browser tab will open and you will see a list of Unsetting. That's the memcache run, close that tab and the game if it's open in another browser tab. Then reload your game.


It's up to you what you would like to do now that you know you can't work facilities for all of your friends:


Either see if you can work anyone's facilities at all and know that you won't be able to work everyone's today

OR


You stop working any facilities for any friends at all now and wait out the time showing in Show Times until you see that have green check marks for both Rework Facilities and Rework Service Facilities. Then you should be able to work them all.


In case you are not sure how to check Show Times:
Open your your toolbox and look for the Show Times clock in the second column on the left side.

Click on it and then Look in the Gamewide section.

There is a countdown timer that resets to 8 hours each time you work any facilities.
There is one for Regular Facilities and another one for Service Facilities.
You want to see green check marks instead of a time.

The time showing when you don't see the green check marks is approximate so always make sure that you reload the game before checking for those green check marks because if you start working facilities and are only seconds too early, that 8 hour timer will reset back to 8 hours again and you will be back in the same situation.

You can also check that time is counting down correctly if there's a long time showing on it. For example if it was showing 7 hours, check it in just over an hours time and make sure it is still counting down when you have not worked anyone's facilities at all.


When it comes to the NCC although you aren't able to work facilities for friends right now, your Neighbours and Buddies will still be able to help you with working your facilities so that you can still refill them and still earn points for the NCC.

Hi dleenorris,

When you see someone request a specific gift in Other Wall Requests like Send Fuel Tank or Send Cherry Tree, you can just click on the link and then the link will change to red text saying either Gift Sent or Already Sent depending on if you can send the gift or not.

With the more generic link Send A Gift you can't do those from there. If you click on one of those you should be seeing a message telling you that gifting has moved in game.

If that's how the send gift links are behaving for you in Other Wall Requests then it's working as it should be.

A lot of farmers did not get registered until very late so for now the generic send gift link and it's associated message has to stay there.

my facility wall requests from other players all show up that I have already worked those facilities when I have not worked them in the last 24 hours. This is really causing an issue with my neighborhood chains contest. I have cleared my cash and tried logging in on different browsers and I still get the same message that the mayor has already helped with those facilities. I am 100 percent positive I have not worked those in the last 24 hours.
Mine are doing the same thing. I tried working them since I knew I hadn't worked them in 12 hour or more and most said that I'd already worked them today. I have cleared my cache and logged back in and it's not showing correctly yet. Maybe there's a glitch?

There isn't any glitch. Also there isn't any 12 hour rule to rework an individual's facilities or services.
To rework any facilities you must have had a full 8 hours of not working ANY facility or service posts. It is not based on when you work that individual's facility posts.

If you check the Show Times (clock ) in your tool box it will show you how long you have to wait before you can rework any facilities or services.

Explaining the time between working a friends facilities before you can rework that same friend's post again.

To simplify the answer it was originally stated that you had to wait a day. No you can not remove your posts from showing up in the Facility Wall Requests page.

What happens on that wall is that you ONLY see the most recent Facility Requests by a specific farmer. Any older Facility Requests that may have been posted by them earlier in the day, are automatically removed when they post new facility requests.

What is it that you have already tried to resolve this yourself?

What do you mean by everything was locked up at the weekend?

It's sounding like you have a slowdown somewhere which could be in any of the numerous connections, owned by many different companies, that you have to go through before you get to the game servers. If the data is not able to move as fast as normal then that might be what is causing you problems.

Check that the date and time is still showing correct on your computer.

While you are logged into the website try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and see if that helps at all.

If you tend not to log out of the website daily, please try that then log back in.

If you have not remembered to do these recently, please also do them as not keeping on top of doing them can also cause issues:

Check for and do any computer updates.
Check for and do any browser updates and clear your browser if you have not done it recently. Make sure you know your log in details as some clearing can cause you to be logged out of sites.

The only thing that was not functioning that weekend was the chat server that was down, preventing all of us from playing on line.
You may only get wall posts for facilities and service for 5 hours because only those people are posting them. If anyone posts again the previous posts are removed so you will only see their latest posts in your Wall Requests. That list is not based on time, but only on a maximum number of posts. How many posts are you seeing for those 5 hours back?
If those that are posting the leveling up were Facebook friends of yours before we left Facebook, then they will still show up even if you have removed them. The Facebook friends list can no longer be updated. The developers have not currently come up with a way to remove those even if you removed them as Facebook friends. Or if they were not Facebook friends, but you have removed them from being your neighbor or buddy, but did not remove yourself as theirs then you will still see their posts.

As I already said the only thing that went down was the chat server which allows us to see each other as in the market places or inn, and to chat with each other. So you could still play, just could not be online or hire, or chat.
If you will check that notice when you get it then it was probably for the previous container that finished and you started the next one before getting the notice. Those notices are not shown for a couple minutes after the container is completed.
For the facility posts, make sure your computer's date and time are correct, That can cause the times to be off in a lot of places. Please note once you have loaded that list for facility posts it does not update with new posts unless you refresh the page. The posts you have worked do not turn pink either until you refresh the page.
If you want to make a suggestion to change what or how many of the different types of posts can be sent to the Other Wall Requests, then please post it in the Suggestions section where we organize them for the Developers to see.
As far as posting to Facebook it is optional if you wish to do so, but you do not have to do so.

today morning I get 'oops already worked' when I haven't worked them yet.
I have never had this issue before and the links are all blue and background white. these have been posted within the last two hours and I only work facilities in the morning. so I should be able to get the full working experience for each request. please help!

Hi Vivienne57,

That was one of the very early methods introduced before the game left Facebook that you could use to help you know who you did not have a connection to on the website yet. Back then, everyone had to quickly start making sure that they had connections in the game with Facebook friends in order to be able to continue helping them with things like facility work requests, bonuses, ingredients after the game left Facebook.

You could use the links to show/hide the requests from friends that were not on either your Neighbour or Buddy list yet, which then helped you to know who you still needed to add.

Other methods were gradually introduced into the game later, as the devs had time to add them. Seeing Manage for example, under a sent train boost, on ships sent to you, pending gifts in the website gift manager and in the user action panel beneath the game made that much easier to do than using those links. Those methods are also useful as you can add and send requests to be farming friends without the requirement to be Facebook friends.

By now most will have already have added who were their current FB friends back in July to either a Neighbour or a Buddy list. Those that have done that are not likely to see much or any difference when clicking on the Include post or Hide posts links.

As Farm Town is no longer on Facebook it can no longer get the data for who anyone's current Facebook friends are or know when anyone makes any changes to their FB friends. The website is only for playing FT. It is not a social platform. There is no social interaction outside of the game there, like there is on FB.

You would find them in the same place you always have found them. That would be in your newsfeed, if Facebook decides to show those since they took the most recent way of listing away from us. Or you would have to go to their profile and look at their posts there.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Please consider that during these last days many farmers are not at home or have other activities and your wall requests may show less posts than usual.

Also, if they only post once a day and 8 hours havent past without you working non facilities, then you will only see posts with pink background.

You can try the memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and the game. Then reopen the game.

You may not see posts older than 10 hours or so if your neighbors have all repeated their posts within the last 10 hours, because will only show the last time they posted. The duplicate posts are removed so the most you will see would be one set of posts per person which would be latest time they have posted.

As I said any duplicate postings are removed so you will only see the last postings of each neighbor. It is not limitied by hours, but a maximum of roughly 100 posts and that would only be if there were no duplicates.
Does the line under the red text say Hide posts from farmmers ... or does it say Include posts? If it says include posts then click on that to include those who have you as a neighbor or buddy and see if the list gets longer.
Beyond that we have no way to see your lists of requests. You can contact Support about this if you wish. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. I am sorry but nothing has changed in that you have never been able to see your own requests Other Wall Requests to see exactly what you requested or get that information from within the game itself.

If you posted some ingredients recently, you could ask a farming friend if they can still see them there and which ones they see.

You can post 5 bonuses and 5 ingredients within 12 hours.
Once you have posted the maximum in that period and you try to request more ingredients you will see a popup message reminding you of that rule.

If there is a time showing you need to wait that time out before requesting another one. If there is a green check mark showing you can post at least one more.

There are 2 limitations to the Wall Requests list. One is only one set of posts per neighbor or buddy, so all previous posts for them are removed. The other is there is a limit to how many posts it will show. That is not based on time, but is based on maximum number that the list can hold.

The Wall Requests are not based on time. You will only see one set of posts per neighbor, so if any one of them reposts the previous posts are deleted. Also there is a limit on how many posts can be shown in the list, so it is not based on how far in time it goes back, but in the total number of posts that can be shown.
We do not have any way to view your Wall Requests. You can submit a ticket to Support if you wish. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I will check with Support and find out why you didn't get any response from them. They may have responded and you just not seen it. Check your spam folder in your email program and make sure their response is not in there.

Not everybody posts every day. Mine can flucuate as well depending on the day. As we do not have wide spread reports of this so I can't see it being a problem in the game.

It could be that they reposted a little time after you worked them. If some facilities were empty when you worked, then the new posts will show the ones refilled and the ones you already worked. You should get different floating messages for them.

If that is not the problem, then could you please add a picture of the issue you are seeing?

Please remember that you can't see your own requests in the Wall requests.

We do not know who is not able to see your posts in Wall requests, then, does that person have the link to "Include posts from Farmers that have you as a Neighbour or Buddy but are not your Neighbours or Buddies" enabled?

If that farmer has the Wall requests open when you post your facilities, they have to reload the page.

About they see your post in pink, that means that 8 hours have not passed since the last post they worked. That last post if from anybody, not specially your posts.

The best thing to do is to load their own farms, open their tool box and click en Show times icon, the clock.
Then under Gamewide button, they have to see a green check mark for Reword Facilities and Rework Service Facilities option.
If the green check is there, then they can load the wall requests page and the posts should show with a white background.

If those options show a time, then they are not able to rework facilities till getting the green check mark.

For NCC as soon as you collect your cash, it is posted to Other wall requests.

For Quests, you have a pop up for you decide to post or not.

I'm not sure if this is the right thread, so please move if needed. I just tried posting something to Facebook and it automatically defaults to a "feed" post - there is no option to post directly to a group. Is this something Facebook has changed? I've tried on two different browsers and the result is the same. It says "Feed" right next to where is shows the posting audience.

Hi Sandy,
You do need to fill your facilities with the Start All and Load All before you post so there is something for them to work when you post them.
If you move a facility storage and then to another farm you will lose all the production pending in that facility, so I would not move one after posting.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

When you are working the Facility Wall Requests or Other Wall Requests pages and you are clicking in the blue links to open them in a new tab, the pages will not show those posts in pink until you refresh the pages.

Is that what is happening to you? or after closing the new tab and refreshing the requests wall some of the posts already worked still shows up in white?

If it is the last option, it could be that the farm owner refilled some facilities you havent worked as they were empty when you arrived, and then when you refreshed the page, the link looks in purple but the post itself shows up in white.
To be sure try to work that white post again and then refresh the page to see if it turns pink.

For what you are describing I think you are using dark mode in Edge.

You can try the following:

- Click in the 3 horizontal dots in Edge on the upper right corner.
- You will see a menu. Click in Settings.
- On the left column, click in Appearence.
- In the new window, you will see different options, click in Light.


I'm not sure if that will work for all sites or pages in Edge.
If you continue having problems, see if there is a Help section in Edge browser to let you search for instructions for dark mode.

I am sorry, we have no control over what Facebook does. If any of your friends on Facebook mark your posts there as spam then Facebook is going to check them and either not do anything or will mark them as spam and remove them.
There is nothing that Farm Town/Slashkey can do about since the game has left Facebook.

Are you not getting the pop up to post there? If not then you may need to clear your cookies for Facebook.

If you are getting a message that your post goes against their community standards then that is a Facebook problem and nothing we can do about that.
