pop ups allowed, cookies allowed. I get the pop up for the check mark to post to fb. but the next pop up, gives me the reload message, then the broken link
many of my neighbors and farmtown friends on facebook are having same issue.

Im sorry but we are not sure why some farmers are able to post and not others. There is nothing we can do if FB is blocking those since we are no longer part of Facebook, but you can contact Support team to let them know.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I don't know if this is a general problem, just my account or if all my neighbors/buddies have empty facilities. Normally I have the full 200 work requests going back 18-20 hours. Today I have 59 going back 4 hours.

Maybe not all your friends are posting today and remember that if they did, their old posts are hidden.

There is nothing we can do about what Facebook does or doesn't let through. We have no control over their actions. You will have to complain to Facebook concerning those.

It does no good to be posting about this in the forums. There is nothing we or Slashkey can do about this as it is Facebook's decision. Since Slashkey and Farm Town are no longer on Facebook they have no way to complain about it to them.
The only thing I can tell you is when you get this you dispute it. However if you are posting a single post in multiple groups then Facebook looks at it as possible spam.

I moved your post to the thread about wall requests. No one is posting those in the forums. The only thing that can be posted in the forums are co-op quests to help others with those.
The only place you can post those are on the Wall. Information on how to post is in the Game Guide chapter 13 about facilities.

Hi, I have another issue that I hope can be explained in simple terms. My premium fodder factory had: 95 Premium poultry mix, 91 cow hay and sheep silage and 87 Llama silage. I worked the wall and selected a lot of ingredient requests for this facility. After finishing the wall, I didn't reload my facilities and checked the amount of fodder again. I ended up with 98 premium poultry mix, 94 cow hay and sheep silage and 90 llama silage. So farmers are not getting the correct amount which said 6. I send lots of ingredient packs to players and only got 3 of each. Something wrong there.

When you store the products from your Premium Fodder factory, they go into a special storage in your animal sheds.
Those fodders are premium fodders.

When you ask or send ingredients, you are not getting premium fodders you are receiving or sending products to make premium fodders.

When you receive them, you store them in your Harvest & Products storage and they will be used next time you start productions in the Premium Fodder factory.

wish you would let us go back to the same place we were at when we work a post then we would not have to scroll up and down looking for the one we worked so we can work their other post. my fingers are criplied with rhemutoid arthritis. it hurts my fingers and hands to scroll up and down .most of the time i have to stop not do all i want to do.because of the pain.it would help me if you could do this .thank you God bless

I moved your post from Suggestions to Help & Support to be able to answer you.

It can be possible to work more than one facility request at a time, by right clicking on the Click here to help link and then opening it in a new tab, then repeating that with the next facility work request showing so that you can start facility work for Neighbours/Buddies in several browser tabs. That way, the Facilitiy wall requests page stays open in one tab while you work in the others tabs.

We do not recommend that you do this with too many at once as it can cause problems with some facilities not being worked. It will be up to you to determine how many would work 100% of the time. Start with only 2 before you try that with more of them.

However, remember that to see the pink background on facilities already worked, you must refresh the browser tab that has the Facility Wall Requests page open in it, to see who you have already sent to.

If this doesnt apply to what you were suggesting, please let me know and I will move your post to Suggestion section again. :)

I moved your post to the thread aboutt the Wall Requests. That function only works for those who you do not have as a neighbor or buddy, but they have you as one. Make sure that the ones you think are still showing are not in your neighbors or buddies lists.

They are still working on things in that part. Please be patient until they are done. In the mean time as long as you know you have done them then you do not need to go back again even if they have not turned pink.

not sure what happened to my post earlier but when I do peoples facilities and clients it is not showing it is done now it does eventually but not showing pink or half pink straight away since there was a change to it

Nothing has changed, the time is the same. You have to not work any facility post for 8 hours to be able to rework your friends facilities.

I can suggest you to check your time and date in your computer in case somehting is wrong with them.

And, before starting working any fac when you log into the game for the first time, go to your farms and click in your yellow tool box.
Then click in Show Times (the clock icon).
Under Gamewide, be sure that the options for Rework Facilities and Rework Service facilities have a green check mark.
If they show a time, no matter if it says 1 minute, you will have to wait to be able to work facilities and not get the pink background in the posts.

Also many years ago, there was the option to send your neighbor a "Work my Farm" and earn $2.00. I have several farms(different accounts) that are not able to work Facilities/Refer Clients. The box shows up work my farm earn $2 farm Cash. But nothing is earned (because work and cash was already earned). How can this get reset? So that all my farms can be helpful to each other?

We are aware of the greyed out buttons problem and this has been sent to the developers.
That reward for working facilities was discontinued a long time ago. You shouldn't be seeing those pop ups for that. Try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Wondering why when working facilities before and after the work both. That some sends to storage and then immediately pops up already worked. I do get the XP. This take double to time which is bad with slow internet. Happen on Regular and service faculties. Not every one just some and it is annoying.

Thanks; but it is odd that each one says sending to storage and I get the XP's then it tells me I already worked righrt after before going to ext one. Example say it is 10 farms it flashes both messages that is 20 messages. 94 if it is 47 farms. . That is a lots of waiting when Farmtown / internet is slow. I am addicted so I will carry on.

Imagine a friend with over a hundred facilities, the additional clicking is literally hurting my hand as I suffer from a condition causing bone loss in my wrist. In the past, I could click from facility to facility without any delay. It makes the Farm Pass goal of helping a friend even more tedious and time consuming. I hope this makes sense. Thanks.

We have had a few posts about this in the past months but we have not been able to reproduce the problem.

I know those farmers have reported this to Support but they couldnt reproduce this either.

Anyway if you wish you can contact Support giving them all the information you have. For example if this is happening with specific farmers, if you only get this with farmers with lot of facilities on the farms, if you start getting it slow after working many facilities or just since the beginning, etc.

When I looked in my quest manager, I only have 12 of the required 50 farm town beers. How many gifts of the meat pie do I need to obtain the 50 farm town beers?

Hi Karlene,
You can check this in the Australian Restaurant. Open it, then click on the green question mark in the box for the meat pie. You will see it takes 2 of the Farm Town Beer to make a batch of the meat pies.
Also the meat pies take 4 hours to make a batch. When you get request ingredients and someone sends it then they would be sending you enough to make 1 days worth of meat pies, so in this case you get enough to make 6 batches.
So 2 beers per batch times 6 batches for a day you will get 12 beers for each person who sends to you. To get the 50 then you would need 5 people to send the ingredients to you.

I know you can't do anything about this, but I think other farmers may need to know. It might be useful to find out how many farmers are hitting this problem.

You are correct there is nothing we can do about this and it is being randomly done by Facebook. The only solution is to depend on the Wall Requests for your posting area and to find others posts there.
I am sure most who are actively trying to post to Facebook as well already know this is happening.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the wall requests. To work all the farms from one click you have to have 2 trains with 10 long cars on each and they need to be dispatched.. If you were able to do them all before with one click then check your trains and make sure they both are showing 10 long cars and that those trains are dispatched.

The arrows have nothing to do with the facility working. The 4 trains is only added to be able to work both facilities and services from opening the work link once.


EDIT: I just checked your trains and the one on your farm 10 is not dispatched and is sitting empty.

I had unloaded the train for a farm pass quest but never went back to dispatch it.
I thought for sure this was the reason for the new arrows and am so glad I was wrong!

So many people ask for ingredients for premium fodder food but I always skip them as the supplements are from FC facility and take time to accumulate. Since most of those are in pink that means you had already worked those or their previous posts. You have to take a complete break for 8 hours from working any posts for you to rework for anyone. It may only go back 1 hour if all of those who have posted have posted again within that hour since only 1 set of requests will be listed per farmer.

Just woke. Haven't been on FT since before midnight last night. Now 9.25am here. Wall only goes back 2 hours...Will have to start working soon as I will get behind but have attached a screenshot. Just woke. Haven't been on FT since before midnight last night. Now 9.25am here. Wall only goes back 2 hours...have not worked any until you see. Wall always goes back at least 12 hours for me which gives me the chance to work older posts for time zone. My ID is 604354593. Thank you

Please understand, you will have only 1 set of posts for each neighbor who posts, regardless of the time or how many posts you can have. If they all have posted in the last 2 hours then that is all you will see. When they post again then the previous posts are removed. So you only see their latest posts. To see any older than that it would have to be someone who has not posted in the last 2 hours.

So, my final dumb question LOL... if they refill will it show up in the 2 hour bracket I now get or do I miss their posts all the time now?

No it is not new. The time you will see will vary because there will only be one set of posts per player. The previous posts of those who post again will be removed. If somone posted earlier and did not post again then those would be there.

I have now got 4 loco's with 10 frieghts attached so I can work both at once. It started off well yesterday but today every post is in pink. I thought you could work farmers farms every 12 hours.

I moved your post to the thread about wall requests. To rework for your neighbors you have to have had an 8 hour break from working any of the facility requests. It is not based on an individual's farms, but any work for at least 8 hours.

Sorry to bother you Taz but to get 4 locos with 10 freight you need 1540 green dollars. 35 british pounds for 250 green dollars works out about 210 british pounds and you have to wait 8 hrs. All it says is you need 4 divesified locos there is no mention of having to wait 8 hrs. Spending that kind of money I thought you would be able to work all the time

The 4 trains requirement is to be able to work facilities and services ones after the others, clicking in one link. It was never said that would allow you to work friends facilities more often.

Please read my response as Im giving you the link for information about Reworking facilities.

You need to click in the Clock icon in your Tool box and then in Gamewide tab.

Check if Rework Facilities and Rework Service Facilities options show a time.
If so you need to wait that time before working any facility or service.
If you go ahead and work one post which is not pink, then all times reset to 8 hours again.

If those options show a green check mark then you can start working facilities and services again.

The rule about an eight hours break exists since the trains help you to work friends facilities. It is not something new in the game.

When something is changed or we get an improvement then developers post it when they release a new feature.
It was not mentioned for the 4 trains, as nothing was changed for the 8 hours break which is a well known rule.
Im not sure if you thought that having 4 trains would allow you to work your friends facilities several times a day or someone gave you wrong information.

The rule is to Rework facilities in case you want to work the same friend facilities twice a day.
If you want to do that, then you could work as much facilities you can in the morning, then have a break of 8 hours and when you come back, you will be able to rework the ones you worked in the morning and all the new facilities posted during your break.

Dont forget to check your clock in your toolbox before starting facilities again.

You are right, you have to right click in your mouse and then open in another tab.

We think it will stay there for a few more days to be sure almost all players read the news about Farm Pass 2.

I did all that. I used a browser that didn't matter if I nuked EVERYTHING, so I deleted cache, browsing history, cookies, the works from all time, and then I logged in and did a memcached. Then I completely closed the browser and reopened it and logged in. It was Chrome and it up to date. I checked. As the night went on, I had a few more posts show up, but NONE of the posts from the previous 18+ hours were showing up, and usually I can see posts back that far, if not farther. It was odd. What I did as a temp workaround was to open the wall for another account in another browser and find the links for the mutual neighbors and work those, and it works in a pinch, but I hope we can find a permanent solution. This thing happened to me once before about three or four months ago and it sorted itself out after a few days. I was concerned because I have to work a HUGE number of a certain fac for the Farm Pass and I couldn't find any posts. Thanks.

Update: I see I have more posts than I did last night, so perhaps it is working itself out now. It doesn't have everyone that had posted but I think most worked my facs so I can use that other option of people who worked my facts to find some. Thanks for your help.

I posted 4 Ingredient requests from my Premium Fodder factory last night. I have earned the FP2 reduced request period from 12 to 8 hrs privilege (The orange FP2 ticket is showing active on the product I need ingredients for on the request pop-up) but when I try to post the request for the same factory, a message pops up stating I can only request ingredients for that factory once per 24 hours and to try again in 15 hours so I am a little confused since the request period was reduced from 24 to 12 hrs a long time ago. I don't request ingredients very often so I have never noticed it until now.

I have cleaned everything out, used memcache, closed and reopened my browser and farm with no change.

As that facility is set to 24 hours between requesting again it is not going to shorten the time between them even with that reward. It is not governed by the normal 12 hour request limit.

Thanks, I thought all Facility ingredient request periods were the same 12-hour wait time across the board where ingredients could be requested.

This is more of a concern, my "other wall requests" only go back 5 hours now and almost 1/2 the page is of folks needing "free" gifts. I do understand the need for gifting but does it need to be on the wall requests where ingredients and bonuses are? Is it possible to have a separate page for them?
