I need to appear "offline" if I decide to come back to the game while I'm supposed to be "away". Right now it shows the red away status with the green dot showing I'm online. This needs to be changed.

When you load the game, then click in the plug to go offline. After some minutes you will not show up with a green dot but everytime you reload your farms you need to do the same.

We can have different amount of neighbors as it depends on the ids length.

You can see your capacity in the Farmers Lists. It gives you the percentage so you will know how close you are to your limit.

I moved your post from the Suggestions section to answer you. Super neighbors can do what you are asking as long as you have them set to super neighbor settings to allow them to do all 3. If you or they have the harvest/plow/plant combine then they can use the replant function if you or they own the replanter tool to replant the same crop on a farm.

Hi Lisa,
No they can plant any crop you allow. There is a Super Neighbor Manager in the toolbox, far left column. In that you can set each farm to none, any, or a specific crop for that farm. Or you can have them replant if you or they have the Replanter tool and a combine as I said before.

I am sorry, I could not find a place to post this. I hope I get a response. You mentioned in todays update that I have some friends that are not neighbors or buddies. Is there a fast way to check to see who they are so I can add them. I have a lot to look through.

Hi Lisa,

I have one active super neighbor who is not blocked from plowing, seeding, or harvesting. On several occasions, she is unable to work my farms. This problem might be solved by reloading but some times lasts several consecutive days with a loss of crops. Is there a remedy? Thank you.

Hi Jeemersmom,
Try removing her as super neighbor, restart your farms and then add her back. Be sure you recheck all the boxes for the work you want her to be able to do.

I have a question I hope you can answer. How can you tell if a neighbor you have also has you as their neighbor? I recently added a Buddy to my Neighbor list, which deleted him as a Buddy. You can click in your Farmer Lists and then click in Reverse Neighbors button or Reverse Buddies button.

The Reverse Neighbors will show you the neighbors who have you as their neighbor.

The Reverse Buddies will show you the buddies who have you as their buddy.

It depends where you see those backgrounds.
For example, in your neighbors bar below the game screen, you see your own picture with a yellow background.

If you click in your Farmers lists, then your buddies show up with a green background.

You can sort neighbors by last active. If someone hasn't been active in a couple of months or moire they've probably lost interest in the game and you can delete them. Sounds cruel in a way, but active neighbors are best and if they've lost interest in the game they likely don't care.

When you click to edit Super Neighbor, under Permanently Hired for Design there is a menu listing your farms. I can't figure out what order it's automatically in, and I'm wondering if there is a way to change the order of that list, like to order by farm number.

They are in the order you have them arranged in the farm selector. So it starts with the 1st farm after the current farm. No there isn't any way to change the order.
Your best bet may be to go to the farm you want them to design and then use the "Current Farm" from the list.

Yes, you can send farm cash from your account to your neighbor. It will be deducted from your farm cash amount.

When you remove them as your neighbor go totheir farm and remove yourself as their neighbor.
The only thing you can do with their gift is accept it. They do not get any notification you have done so.

i did go to their farm and remove myself,, the problem is the only way to get rid of gift would be to let it sit there for 60 days and work around it which is near impossible ...... so when she get gift back she hits the manage and keeps putting me back on

Then don't send a gift back. If you don't do that then she can't add you back. Try accepting only her gifts then use or sell them. Don't send any back to her. Get those out of the way before you accept and send back gifts to everyone else.
It may mean having to do things differently for a little while, but that is the only way I know to do this.

Hi Glenda,

I think you have misunderstood the giftcard part. The gift card in the store that you send gets deducted from your farmcash that you have in the game. If you wish to send 250 farmcash, then you must have 250 farmcash available in your game.

To send a gift card, go to the store and click on the 'Other' tab, you'll see 3 gift cards.

If you don't have 250 farmcash available, then yes, you would need to purchase some FC in order to make your farmcash amount enough.

You may only have as many coin facilities as you have farmcash ones. Currently you have 1 of each farmcash facility, which means you can only have 1 of each coin facility, which is what you have.

This means if you wish for the rest to count in the NCC, then you would need to purchase more of the farmcash ones.

Hi Momn Glenda,
From your farm go to the Store, click on the Other tab there then click on the gift card for 250 Send button. A list of your neighbors will show up. Find the neighbor you want to send it to and click on Pick beside their name.

Hi juliemisa,
I moved your post to the thread about super neighbors. You have to have that set in the hire screen. When we get back online, go to the Job Market and click on someone to "hire". You do not have to complete the hire, just choose a job, check the box for using your tools, then click the green check at the bottom. When the next screen shows to choose farms click the red X to close it. Then go back to your farms. Your super neighbor should then be able to use your tools.

I moved your post to the thread about neighbors. For them to be on that list they have to do any of the tasks that neighbors or buddies can do including boosting your trains, working your facility request, helping on your farms when visiting, sending you a gift, and anything else they do for you.

Don't know there is a time limit as those would be your more active neighbors and buddies so constantly updating on the list.

Hi Lisa,
It does not prevent them from coming to your farms as long as they have a link to it. Only if you make sure and remove yourself as their neighbor as well. Part #4 in the first post of this thread explains how to do that.

Hi, I set my unavailable status for one day, and even though that day has expired, I can't undo it. It still shows me as Red. When I click on my avatar and set it to I'm Available, it returns "no changes are made to your status". How do I change it?

Please clear your memcache, you have the link below the game screen where it says Clear Memcache.
You will see a list of unsettings, close that window and restart the game.

Then follow these instructions and see if they work for you:


Log into the website and load your game.


Then click on your Avatar so that you see the Avatar menu.


Scroll down and click on Set Unavailable.

You will then see the Edit your Availability window, if the time has not run out yet you will see the date it is currently set for, towards the bottom of the window.

If at this point the date is still correct you can just click on the red X to close the window and it will remain set as it was.


To change your status back to Available, click on the drop down arrow and then click on the I'm Available option at the top of the list:

To confirm the setting, click on the green check mark.
To cancel the change click on the red X instead.


When you change your status back to I'm Available, you will then see your background colour change back to normal in the Neighbour bar.
