Hi Rodkay,
No you can not send any Farm Cash item you have purchgased for your own farms to any one. To send Farm Cash items to another you have to Send from the store directly to them using the Send button instead of the Buy button.

I checked trains on your farm and you only have 3 trains with at least 10 long cars or more.
They are placed on your farms 5, 8 and 9

The train on your farm 2 with an Enhanced locomotive only has 2 long cars attached.

Hi Early Girl,
You can not use the green hand either as that will prevent them from being connected correctly. The yellow hand is the only one you can use.
Also make sure the train is not dispatched or loaded. It has to be home and unloaded to attach cars.


Edit: The ID you gave (maybe your own) shows 2 trains with 5 cars each. No other cares around.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was trying the green hand but the yellow hand will not allow me to attach cars on the edge of the farm - although the other 5 cars are attached that way? All of my personal trains are attached that way. Did that change?

Nothing has changed on that. You might get lucky with the green hand, but only the yellow hand will always connect them correctly.

As I said if the green hand worked before for thjis you were lucky because the green hand can be used for overlapping things. The train cars can not be overlapped to connect correctly.
The first problem you have is that the train has not been unloaded. If it is carrying products, then you can not attach new cars to it. It needs to be unloaded. Second is there may be items too close where you are trying to set them to connect them. Hiding items does not help for this either.

I moved your post to the thread about the freight trains.
No there isn't any way to turn off neighbors sending you trains to boost. Those boosts will expire when the trai returns to them.
You can however set yourself as Unavailable for that time period and your neighbors will see you in red and unavailable. Click on your avatar on your farm and there is a line to set yourself as unavailable and set a time length that you will be out.

We have checked every avenue to make sure they are connected - clicked the engine and all highlighted. Clicked the engine to open and make sure it had the 10 cars highlighted. Open the Train Manager to verify. After doing all this, she dispatched, but when she opens her Train Manager, and clicks "Train Status" it is completely blank. Doesn't show any cars at all. I just checked the train on F12 and it is dispatched with 10 cars and will be backin 2 days. I will clean the train data. She will have to log out of her farms and back in for it to take affect.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the trains from the Suggestions section. Please only post suggestions for changes to the game in that section. For problems or questions please post in the Help & Support section.
I have checked your farms and you have 6 trains, but there are problems with them. First thing is the 10 cars you have to have attached are the long cars that cost farm cash. The coin cars are only decoration cars and do not count for the 4 trains with 10 cars.
Five of your trains have the standard engines for coins. You can only dispatch 3 of any one type of engine.

Your trains:
farm 1 Standard - 1 long car
farm 6 Standard - 1 long car
farm 12 Enhanced - 11 long cars
farm 27 Standard - 1 long car
farm 29 Standard - 7 long cars
farm 32 Standard - 14 long cars


From the above list you could move some cars and have 3 trains with 10 long cars.
The 4th train you would already have 5 long cars for it. You would only need to buy 5 more long cars.

Please note you can only have 1 of any type of long car on a train. You can not have duplicate long cars on a train as they will only count as 1.


To move the cars around to remake up your trains those trains have to have returned home and be unloaded, but not dispatched while you do this.

Your trains on your Farms 1, 6 and 48 are ok.

The problem is with your other 2 trains.

The train on your Farm 33: It has 10 long cars but only 4 of them are correctly attached. You have to wait for the train to be back, unload it and then attach the other 6 long cars.

The train on your arm 34: It has 11 cars. One of those cars is only decorative so it doesnt count (Lumber car). Then you have 9 long cars correctly attached and the last one (Long One Door Box) is not attached to the train. Again, you have to wait for it to be back, unload the train and attach on long car correctly.

To be sure that all long cars are correctly attached, BEFORE dispatching the trains, please click on the Locomotive and select 'Show Train Details'. The Long Freight Cars that are correctly coupled to your Locomotive will be highlighted in white. The ones that you don't own or that are not correctly coupled will be dimmed out.

To be able to work facilities and services at the same time you need to have 4 dispatched trains with at least 10 different farm cash cars attached to each train.

The farm cash cars are the ones called Long in the Store.

I have checked your trains and the problem is with your Standard train on your farm 5.

It is showing 10 long cars, but only 9 are correctly attached.

The last car, Long Sliding-Door car is not attached to the train.

You have to wait for the train to be back home, unload it and then move that car to the correct position.
Please use the yellow hand to attach it as the other hands could overlap the cars.

Before dispatching a train and to be sure all the long cars are correctly attached, please click on the Locomotive and select 'Show Train Details'. The Long Freight Cars that are correctly coupled to your Locomotive will be highlighted in white. The ones that you don't own or that are not correctly coupled will be dimmed out.

Hi Trina,
That oops message can, besides meaning you have worked them, also mean that there is nothing left to work on a farm that was previously available. They may too have refilled before you went back and worked that part again.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the trains as this is a probl;em for you and not a suggestion for a change to the game. Please do not post problems in the Suggestion section. That section is only for suggestions to change the game.
The problem for you with the trains is you do not have enough of the long cars on those trains. For you to be able to work facilities and services on the same visit you need to have at least 4 trains with 10 long cars on each. You do not have 10 cars on each of those trains.

Under my game window several times today when I have loaded the game again it's showing names of players I have never sent a train boost to as boosting a train that I never sent to them to begin with. I moved your post to the thread about the freight trains.

There isn't any way that someone can boost your trains if you didn't send them a boost request. The only possibilty is you sent to them accidently at 1 AM or you have given your login to someone and they sent them out as you. Please note that the name you see in the activity log is their first name and not their avatar name that you would see in the list for sending boosts to.

There isn't any way for you to fix this as there is nothing to fix as you can't change the activity log or reverse the boosts.

I just checked your trains and there are problems with some of them.

Your trains on farms 14, 16 and 20 are ok.

The train on your farm 3: it only has 9 farm cash cars attached. The first car attached to the locomotive is for coins.

The train on your farm 4: It shows 8 farm cash cars correctly attached. The last 2 long cars, Long Flowers car and Long Refrigerated car are not attached to the locomotive.
Also, you have 2 Long Refrigerated cars on that train so only one counts.

The train on your farm 12: It only has 1 farm cash car correctly attached. The other one, Long Container car, is not attached to the locomotive.

You need to wait for those trains to come back home, unload them and then fix the cars on them.

Please, before dispatching the trains again do the following to check if all long cars are correctly attached to each one:

Click on the Locomotive and select 'Show Train Details'. The Long Freight Cars that are correctly attached to your Locomotive will be highlighted in white. The ones that you don't own or that are not correctly attached will be dimmed out.

Yes, you can do that.

Just remember 2 things.

Every train has to be back home and you have to unload it before moving/changing the locomotives. You need to send the locomotive to your storage IF you want to move it to another farm.

And before dispatching a train and to be sure all long cars are correctly attached, click on the Locomotive and select 'Show Train Details'. The Long Freight Cars that are correctly attached to your Locomotive will be highlighted in white. The ones that you don't own or that are not correctly attached will be dimmed out.

One other note is you can not have 2 of the same engine on the same farm. So you can not 2 supreme engines on the same farm.

Your Enhanced train on farm 20 does not have any long car attached to it that is why it is not showing up in your Train manager.

You have to attach at least 1 long car to a locomotive to see it in the Train manager, be able to dispatch the train and ask for boosts.

The farms tied to this forum account do not have trains on farm 2. The avatar name is Deborah.

If you have another set of farms, then please provide the id number.

Scroll down the farm page till you find:

Your USER ID number is: xxxxx

EDIT TO ADD: I found the id number for the other set of farms and cleared the train data. It is possible that the trains on that farm could be back. If so, then unload them and dispatch them from the Train Manager and see if all is fixed for you.

I have a friend who has 4 diversified trains. All the engines are connected to the FC train cars. Their id # is 1570101710. She has trains on her farms 7,8,11 and 28. The id you provided is yours.

I only found trains on farm 7.

Three of them are ok, but the one with the Enhanced locomotive only has 1 long car.
The other 9 cars are only decoratives as they cost coins.

The train on farm 11 has only 9 cars attached. the last car (long well car) is not attached correctly and therefore that car was not dispatched. She will have to wait until that train returns in 15 hours, unload it, then correctly attach that car. Do not use the purple or green hand to attach it as those can overlap things and will cause it to look like it is attached but will not be. The yellow hand or just the pointer are the only way to make sure it attaches correctly.
Please note that just highlighting the engine does not work to tell if the cars are attached right. She will need to click on the engine and then look in the tab for freight cars. The ones in white are attached and the ones greyed out are not on the train or are not attached correctly.

I just cleaned your train data. You will need to log out of your farms and back in for it to take affect. That hopefully will fix it. That train is dispatched and will return in 2 days.

I just checked the train on that farm. The locomotive will only show on the Train manager when at least one long car is attached to it.

See if you can move the locomotive to not stay so close to the Turbo locomotive and the crops on that farm. Remember to use the yellow hand to attach the long cars and not the green or purple hands which could overlap the cars.

I am not sure what you are doing, but that train is already dispatched and will be back in 5 days which is the normal length of time for that engine.
Are you adding cars and trying to dispatch it before it has returned or been unloaded? A train has to be back and then unloaded before you add cars to it or that messes it up.
I will clean your train data but know it is already dispatch, so you can not dispatch it again for 5 days. You will need to close and reopen your farms.

We need to know what farms your trains are on to do that.
You can check them yourself if you click on each engine and then count the cars in the first tab (freight cars) that are in white. If they are greyed out then they are not on that train.

If any are greyed out that you have in that train then it is not attached correctly. To connect them correctly you will need to wait until the train returns, unload it, then using only the yellow hand or the pointer reattach them and then check again in the Freight Cars to see if it is in a white background.

It would help if you have a problem with trains to provide what farms they are on, so we can find them easier.
Your train on farm 10 is only showing 6 cars attached correctly. To connect them correctly you will need to wait until the train returns, unload it, then using only the yellow hand or the pointer reattach them and then check again in the Freight Cars to see if it is in a white background.

I moved your post to the thread about trains. It looks like the long well car is slightly out of alignment as well. You can check if you open the train status and look at the first tb with all the cars listed. That will show only the cars in white that are attached correctly.

You can not connect the long cars around a corner like that as they only have 4 directions. You need one of the shorter cars that have 6 directions on the corner itself.
Instructions on how to do this are in the Game Guide chapter 29 about the trains. Here is a link to the post in that chapter for this:

I should have made myself more clear. On the train track curve I do have a short train car that shows it is connected to the cars in front of it and the locomotive. So I bought a new long train car, and I can't connect it to that short train car that makes the curve.

The problem is the coin car you have on that train is not at the correct angle. Because of that the the longcar behind it is not lined up correctly.

In this case the short car needs to be set like the middle picture in the second row of orientation pictures.

Hi Tuthfairy,
Be sure you do not use any of the hands above the yellow hand as the green and purple ones may cause the cars to falsely look like they are connected when they are not. After you try to connect the long car to it don't depend on the highlighting. Check in the Train Details/ Freight Cars and make sure it is showing with a white background.

What do you mean by whited out? What text are you seeing in the train manager for those trains?
