It looks like it might be a Facebook problem of not sending data correctly, if you look at your neighbors bar, you will see that all of your neighbors have the silhouette as the profile picture, that means that there is a problem of data being transferred from Facebook to you. When you see your neighbor bar like this click on play until you see your neighbor bar normal.
