HI Taz, I see that more people have this problem.
In my case it always occur when requesting gifts. Neighbours and buddies click on the links on their wall and on my side I always loose gifts.
The other day I had >100 gifts. When I exchanged the first 100 for almond trees and accepted there was nothing in 'My Gifts' tab, nothing, 100 trees lost in the void, poof, all gone.


This is very frustrating and apparently there is no solution. I really don't understand why the developers never have this bug. A lot of us have!
OK, rant finished.
I am sorry, it is very frustrating. I reported this several times. For my farm and for another account I have.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
